Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O. Henderson were left stunned on Thursday after discussing a dramatic red carpet interview with Australian superstar Chris Hemsworth.
KIIS FM producer Pete Deppeler, better known on the radio as ‘Intern Pete’, was able to arrange a chat with Chris at the Transformers One premiere in Sydney on Wednesday.
The Q&A got off to a rocky start when Pete asked Chris about the sex symbol status of his Transformers One co-star Megan Fox.
“This whole franchise has made Megan Fox world famous,” Pete said.
“Are you excited about becoming a sex symbol now that you’re in Transformers?”
Chris was clearly ‘bewildered’ by the questions, replying: ‘I played the animated version of Megan Fox in this movie.’
After the two had some awkward laughter, Pete asked Chris if his question had made him laugh.
“You’ve got me confused,” Chris replied. “I don’t know what to do with that question.”

Jackie didn’t hold back in her assessment of the interview, telling Pete that she wouldn’t know how to answer such a question herself.
“Seriously, you’ve been doing this for 10 years,” she said. “Don’t you think, ‘Oh, I’m going to ask a question where I can actually get something good back from him.'”
The interview went downhill when Pete handed the Thor star two envelopes.
One, Pete explained, contained a question that was “so inappropriate I’d get fired, but the movie is number one,” while the other was a boring question that wouldn’t inspire people to go see the film.

Chris chose the former, and Pete immediately asked, “If you had to compare you and your brother’s p***ses to a Transformer, who would you choose? Bumblebee, Megatron, or Optimus Prime?”
Kyle and Jackie both criticized Pete for not letting Chris answer, saying the producer was “mistreated” by a publicist.
“I have a big roll on my back and that’s where the publicists grab that and pull me back,” Pete explains.
“It’s an ongoing problem with publicists because I can’t get rid of that back fat.”
Kyle told Pete that he got himself into trouble with his choice of shirts.
“Because you wear medium shirts and you’re clearly an XL, so that back fat always shows. Wear a bigger shirt, bro. You haven’t been a medium in five years.”
That wasn’t the end of Pete’s time with Chris, however, as the producer was given the chance to ask one last question to salvage the awkward interview.

“Kyle and Jackie O are going to Vegas – Brooklyn, myself and the whole team are going to Vegas next week,” Pete began.
“As someone who’s been there many times, what if we were to pay ten thousand dollars, red or black, sir?
“Red,” Chris replied abruptly.
Kyle cut the producer off for his lack of interviewing skills, saying to Pete, “What a waste of an opportunity. Are you even trying?”
“When you plan these kinds of things, how do you expect them to happen in your head?”
Jackie continued to chide the producer, adding, “You should have thought, ‘What am I getting for this? Nothing.'”
