Kyle and Jackie O win big at the 2024 ACRA Awards despite no show – but Jonesy and Amanda land surprise victory taking home night’s top gong

Saturday was radio night in Sydney as the 2024 ACRA Awards kicked off.

There were a few surprises, with Jonesy and Amanda walking away with the coveted Best On-Air Team gong.

There was a lot of talk about the rivalry between KIIS stars Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson versus Lauren Phillips and Jason Hawkins, who were both up for Best On-Air Team.

Lauren and Jase recently moved to Nova after being uprooted by the expansion of the Kyle and Jackie O Show into the Melbourne market.

But it was WSFM’s Amanda Keller Brendan Jones who defeated both teams to take home the coveted trophy.

Kyle and Jackie still won a big prize that night, taking home Best Networked Show for Hour of Power.

However, the radio superstars failed to show up and the producers of their breakfast hit show collected the gong on their behalf.

Elsewhere, Individual Talent of the Year went to Ben Fordham of Sydney’s 2GB.
