A high-profile radio executive who oversees Kyle and Jackie O’s show is fighting accusations that he punched a man in the face and assaulted him with a weapon.
Duncan John Campbell appeared in Sydney Downing Center Local Court on Thursday after pleading not guilty to two charges of common assault, being armed with intent to commit an indictable offense and destroying property.
The Australian Radio Network’s chief content officer is said to have invited the man to his Sydney apartment after attempting to resolve their ongoing issues.
Instead of settling their differences, police allege the 59-year-old attacked the man with an 8-inch knife sharpener.
