Social media star Kurt Coleman reveals he regrets getting lip filler at the age of 18: ‘I was losing who I was’

Kurt Coleman says he regrets getting lip fillers at age 18.

The 26-year-old social media star said he underwent several cosmetic procedures as a teenager because people around him told him to.

In a YouTube video, Kurt admitted that he lost sight of who he was after getting filler at a young age.

He showed his followers a throwback photo of himself with fuller lips and said: ‘I lost who I was. I went to get so many lip fillers, I’ll show you this photo I recently uploaded because I couldn’t believe it.

‘That is of course very bad. I remember looking in the mirror around that time and thinking, “I don’t even know myself anymore, that’s not me.”

Kurt Coleman has candidly revealed how he regrets getting lip fillers at the age of 18. He said he felt like he “lost who he was” after the procedure and is now “100 percent natural.”

‘It didn’t feel like me and it was a bit of a time, 2015, where I started not feeling like myself anymore and didn’t know what I wanted. Basically, I was just this thing for everyone else.”

Kurt insisted he is not “against” lip fillers, but personally regrets getting them “so young” and said he is “proud that it is now 100 percent natural.”

In a TikTok caption, he wrote, “I looked so weird. and this was from adults telling me to do all this work to my face. I’m so proud that I’m now 100% natural.’

He added on Instagram: ‘I’m 100% natural now. To be honest, I regret doing it so young. It’s nothing against filler, I just didn’t feel like ‘me’ anymore.’

In another Instagram post, Kurt admitted that he loved himself before he got lip fillers, but started to lose track of who he was following the cosmetic procedure.

He added: ‘I have come so far mentally and physically since then and would never have anything done to my face again. I love myself.

He showed his followers a throwback photo of himself with lip fillers (seen above) and said: I remember looking in the mirror and thinking, “I don’t even know myself anymore, that’s not me”‘

“Don’t think you have to change your face for anyone unless you really want to.” Being healthy and strong is the most important thing for me now and that has made me love myself from the inside out.’

Kurt also recently shared that he is the “happiest” he has ever been after sobering up more than two years ago after being hospitalized after drinking a single glass of wine, leading doctors to discover he has pancreatitis.

“So many people made fun of me when I clearly lost who I was and was really lost for a while,” he wrote on Facebook last February.

‘Especially the comments on this photo on the left – over 500 with everyone making fun of what I looked like. I didn’t think it was funny at the time.’

He admitted that he agreed he “didn’t look like himself” but said he ultimately “got sick not long after” and said he is now “the most myself I’ve ever felt.”
