KSI’s Misfits Boxing promotion has had its licenses suspended in the interest of boxers’ safety by the Professional Boxing Association.
The promotion, which launched in June 2021, has previously showcased events for the likes of Tommy Fury, Elle Brooke, Logan Paul and founder KSI.
The association announced on Friday that it had decided to suspend the promotion’s licenses ‘in the interest of the safety of the boxers’.
A statement read: ‘Misfits Boxing: Due to clear violations of the rules and regulations of the PBA, bringing boxing into disrepute and in the interest of boxer safety, Misfits Boxing Promoters’ licenses have been suspended and disciplinary hearings will follow for such licensees.”
There is no official statement from the promotion.

There will likely be a different commission for the X SERIES 012 event this Saturday.
In January 2023, it was announced that Misfits Boxing and DAZN had signed a five-year deal to continue distributing events with two pay-per-views per year.
KSI has fought five times (twice in one night) in the Misfits Boxing promotion, winning everything apart from his recent bout with former Love Island star Fury.
Fury defeated KSI in Manchester by unanimous decision, although this was incorrectly stated as a majority decision that night.
He won despite having a point deducted for hitting the back of the head during their match at the AO Arena.
In December, the YouTuber turned boxer filed an appeal with the Professional Boxing Association, which approved the fight, but an independent review panel denied his wishes.
The 30-year-old revealed he broke down in tears after his defeat to the professional boxer.

Speaking of his official YouTube channelKSI said: ‘I had trained so hard over the last few months, working overtime to do what most people saw was impossible and that was beat Tommy Fury.
“I felt like I won the fight, so it sucked to let the judges completely take that moment away from me.
‘As soon as I got home I was angry and disappointed and finally broke down and started crying. It wasn’t fair, but life isn’t fair, right?
“I was looking back at the fight and trying to find highlights, all the displays of Tommy Fury beating me in that fight, and it was just hard to see any.”
