Kroy Biermann responds to reports of estranged wife Kim Zolciak being ‘locked out’ of store

Kroy Biermann has responded to his estranged wife Kim Zolciak’s claim that she no longer has access to their online store, The Biermann’s Closet.

In a statement to Us weeklyformer NFL star Marlys Bergstrom’s 37-year-old lawyer explained that the store is a “family business.”

‘Biermann’s Closet is a family business; Kim pointed out the items to be sold and Kroy assured that the items were listed on the site and delivered to the customer,” she said Friday.

The post continued, “Until recently, there was little activity at the site. However, since the divorce, there has been some traffic and some items have been sold; one of them is a wig.

These are wigs that Kim has designated and approved to be sold on the site; they had not attracted attention until recently.’

The explanation continued, “Kroy was just doing what he had always done; he managed the actual logistics of the site and made sure that all purchased items were registered, processed and shipped.”

Kroy’s legal representative added that he was “integrally involved” with Biermann’s Closet from the start.

The retired athlete “built the website, set up Shopify, set up affiliate marketing for the site with tracking links, took and posted photos, wrote product descriptions, received, fulfilled, processed and shipped orders.”

That’s what an insider said earlier this week Page six about the company, “Kim has no access and is locked out. So she wants to start a new store in complete autonomy.’

On Wednesday, Kim took to Instagram to ask her fans not to donate their business to Biermann’s Closet “until further notice.”

Please do not make any purchases from Biermanns Closet at this time until further notice. Thank you. I’m going to set up a new website for everything related to Kim and kids,” she posted on her Instagram Stories.

The online store offers buyers new and used clothing from the personal closet of the Biermann family.

Kroy, Kim, and their kids all have clothes for sale on the site, and wigs from Kim’s salon are also on sale for just $2,250.

Their children’s clothing is also for sale, but Page Six reported that Kim will not “benefit financially” from that sale until the new website is set up.

‘The Biermanns have opened their closet doors, so get ready for an exclusive tour. Grab a bag and fill it up, because they’ve heavily discounted all their hand-picked items, new and used, so you can buy them at unbelievable prices. Check back weekly to see what new items they’re willing to part with,” the website reads.

Kim and Kroy filed for divorce separately three weeks ago, with the split quickly turning ugly as they both seek sole physical custody of their children.

Together, the Georgia-based couple have four children: Kroy Jagger (KJ), 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine.

Zolciak also has two adult daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21 — whom Kroy adopted — with exes.

In the latest update of their divorce, Kim got a good parenting certificate last week.

Zolciak completed Georgia’s mandatory Navigating Family Change Seminar on Thursday and filed a certificate of completion with the court, obtained by TMZ. There is no record of Kroy having completed the course yet.

Navigating Family Change is a 4-hour seminar for parents going through a separation or separation that aims to minimize the effects of separation for the sake of children.

The update came after Kroy claimed Kim has an online gambling problem that has “financially devastated their family,” according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
