Kristin Juszczyk designed custom-made jackets for Chiefs WAGs Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes… but now they could be Super Bowl rivals as husband Kyle and the 49ers chase NFL glory

Kristin Juszczyk went from best known as the wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszyzck to internationally famous overnight, thanks to fellow NFL WAG Taylor Swift.

Last weekend, Swift stepped out of the golf cart at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City wearing a custom-made jacket. The critically acclaimed fashion choice led millions to ask… ‘Who made that?’

It was her supportive husband Kyle, who watched the NFL action from home last weekend as a member of one of two NFL teams and received a Wild Card bye, who posted a message to confirmed.

Juszczyk soon after had a video uploaded to her social media of herself making the puffer coats for Swift and Brittany Mahomes, starting with sweaters and ending with an avalanche of views.

There are only eight teams left competing for the Super Bowl, with two teams playing the biggest annual game in American sports on February 11. Juszczyk’s 49ers and Swift’s Chiefs could be on a collision course for the championship.

The Juszczyk’s have been a couple for almost a decade, dating back to Kristin’s time at Towson

Everything that comes into contact with Swift’s orbit delivers incredible benefits. It would be a Midas touch, but the mythological king has not yet won a dozen Grammys and sold out stadiums around the world.

Travis Kelce was already a future Hall of Fame member and the biggest positional advantage in fantasy football before Swift came into his life. Now, if non-NFL fans are asked to name a football player, it’s probably him.

Swift’s current globetrotting effort of ‘The Eras Tour’ is boosting economies around the world.

She will play six shows in Toronto in November. Currently priced at $138 and $205 per night on either side of Rogers Center, AirBnBs skyrocket in price to over $3,000 combined per night when Swift is in town.

Then come into Juszczyk last weekend. Before she designed Swift’s jacket, her most recent post on X was an interview in which she explained the best way to remember how to spell her last name: JUS, zebra, cat, zebra, yellow, kitten. There are a lot of consonants in a row for Americans.

Juszczyk’s take on her Swift-adjacent success happened unintentionally. She also had a custom Detroit Lions jacket designed for actor Taylor Lautner, an ex-boyfriend of Swift’s, which he wore during the team’s playoff victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

Since he’s not an NFL WAG, Lautner’s jacket was started with an Aidan Hutchinson jersey from Juszczyk.

After receiving global jacket fame, Juszczyk is back as the in-demand designer for the WAGs and A-Listers for this weekend’s Divisional round games.

Christian McCaffrey, Kyle Juszczyk’s backfield companion, is engaged to former Miss USA and Miss Universe Olivia Culpo.

Culpo teased a jacket that Kristin Juszczyk made for her that she will wear during the 49ers’ game against the Packers.

“@kristinjuszczyk design loading…” she wrote on Instagram. ‘She brought it for me to try on. Anything to postpone exercising.’

Juszczyk’s associate degree from Towson University did not include any form of fashion design. It was in the marketing of the Maryland Division-I school. While in Towson, she met her now husband when he was with the Baltimore Ravens.

After Kyle Juszczyk signed with the 49ers, Kristin left all real estate options behind to follow her husband to the Bay Area and started her own business.

And after years of grinding and designing clothes, one jacket, and no disrespect to the clothes worn by Lautner or Mahomes, changed her life.

The Juszczyk’s were now an officially recognized part of the Taylor verse.

Juszczyk has been spotted in NFL stadiums across the country with her designs, created largely in the same spirit as what she created last weekend, but decked herself out in honor of her husband.

And Juszczyk is two wins in San Francisco away from wearing her designs at another Super Bowl. Kansas City is two wins away from being on the other side of the bracket.

The Chiefs and 49ers played in Super Bowl LIV, with Patrick Mahomes and Kelce on the victorious side. That was four years ago, just over a month before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.

Juszczyk went from relative obscurity to a prominent member of the NFL WAG community

Aside from the WAGs, the teams’ rosters and trajectories have been different since then. The Chiefs won another Super Bowl, participated in another and have since only been denied in overtime in the AFC by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2022.

San Francisco hasn’t been back to the Super Bowl. It didn’t make the postseason the year after losing to the Chiefs. The past two seasons have resulted in back-to-back losses in the NFC Championship game.

The 49ers are the clubhouse favorites to win the NFC with odds of -200, or a 61.7% chance of a Super Bowl appearance, according to the Legal sports report. The Chiefs have the third-best odds in the AFC, at +330, per FanDuel.

San Francisco is also the favorite to win Super Bowl LVIII, with odds of +175 on BetMGM, FanDuel and DraftKings.

Join the WAGs, with a Super Bowl on the Las Vegas Strip, with Taylor Swift surpassing Usher and Reba McEntire as the game’s most famous musical performer, and this will truly be one of the night competition’s greatest in history.

Juszczyk designs a Super Bowl outfit for someone in the opposite camp? Four wins against San Francisco make that possible.

San Francisco has home field advantage as long as it is in the postseason. A win against Green Bay, and then Detroit or Tampa Bay, will keep Juszczyk in the spotlight for about another month.

And her rise into the public eye can be traced back to Swift wearing her coat.
