Kristin Davis is a dressed-down Charlotte in a tracksuit filming And Just Like That… in NYC

Kristin Davis was a stripped-down Charlotte when she filmed the Sex And The City spin-off And Just Like That… in New York City this week.

The sitcom controversially launched last year without Kim Cattrall, one of the main foursome in the original series, as she refused to come back for the new show.

However, it was successful enough to be renewed for a second season, which Kristin, 57, was busy working on this Tuesday.

Kristin has returned to her role as Charlotte, a warm-hearted but occasionally fine art gallery owner who is now happily married to her divorce attorney from her first husband.

For her final scene this week, she was bundled up against the fall weather in a simple tracksuit with complementary UGGs.

However, despite the simplicity of her ensemble, she had full hair and makeup and topped up the look with a few tortoiseshell butterfly shades.

Another cast member filming that day was Mario Cantone in his recurring role as the uptight gay event planner Anthony Marantino.

Over the course of the Sex And The City movies that came between the original series and the spin-off, Anthony begins dating and then marries Stanford Blatch.

Stanford, played in a beloved performance by Willie Garson, is the gay best friend of the show’s lead actress, Carrie Bradshaw, played by Sarah Jessica Parker.

Willie died tragically of pancreatic cancer last year, but was able to pre-shoot some scenes for And Just Like That….

Rather than kill Stanford, the show sent him to Japan for work, so in this week’s scene, Anthony is presumably still waiting for his return.
