Kristin Chenoweth has made plans to return to Broadway in the stage musical The Queen of Versailles.
The 54-year-old Tony Award-winning actress will return to the stage to star in and produce the show, which is based on the 2012 award-winning documentary of the same name.
Her big return will be alongside Wicked composer Stephen Schwartz, who is writing music for the new show.
For the musical, the beauty will play the lead character, socialite and television personality, Jackie Siegel.
Her character, Jackie, “sees herself as the embodiment of the American Dream” by becoming a billionaire and the wife of David Siegel, aka “The Timeshare King.”

The 2012 documentary followed the couple, their eight children, and their dogs as they looked to build a $100 million home in Orlando, Florida.
It was meant to be inspired by the Palace of Versailles, which would be the largest private home in America. And then came the Great Recession of 2008.
There’s an invitation-only music industry reading scheduled for March 24 in New York City.
The Wicked star shared the news via an Instagram post on Friday.
His caption read: ‘IT’S HAPPENING! It is an honor and I am excited to tell you that we will bring #QueenofVersailles to the stage!
‘Producing and starring in this, while also reuniting with @wickedschwartz, is nothing short of a dream!’
The musical’s script was written by Lindsey Ferrentino, known for her work on Ugly Lies the Bone and Amy and the Orphans.
The upcoming show will be directed by Tony Award nominee Michael Arden, who worked on Parade and Once on This Island.
