Kristin Cavallari has listed her 6,788-square-foot home in Nashville, Tennessee for $11 million after purchasing the home for $3 million in April 2020.
The 37-year-old star had the farmhouse renovated shortly after purchasing, which took 18 months and included remodeling the kitchen, finishing the basement, updating the bathrooms and expanding her closet.
Located in Franklin – 21 miles south of Nashville – Kristin’s home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a half bath, set on 28,830 acres of land.
The home is listed by Tim Thompson of Tim Thompson Premier Realtors.
The star, who is currently dating TikToker Mark Estes, 24, bought the house after splitting from husband Jay Cutler.

The property features a main house, windhouse and barn – all within the grounds.
The guest house is approximately 3,070 square feet.
It features state-of-the-art appliances and walk-in panties in the renovated kitchen, custom built-ins in the living room and a fireplace, as well as a main floor master bedroom suite complete with a walk-in shower. in shower and bath, as well as a huge closet.
The home also features a workout facility and a sauna – both located in the renovated basement.
The house, built in 2016, has a huge pool, a greenhouse or chicken coop, a fire pit and a screened patio.
There’s a recreation room with custom-made bunk beds, plus a games room – in addition to the three en-suite bedrooms also on the second floor.
In 2022 Kristin spoke with My Domain about her house and how it was designed to her taste – since she bought and renovated the house after divorcing Jay.
Kristin and Jay share three children together: sons Camden, 10, and Jaxon, eight, and daughter Saylor, seven.

“I’m very grateful because this is the first house I’ve ever lived in and that’s exactly what I wanted aesthetically,” she told the outlet.
“This is the first time I can really say that I really love my home,” she added.
When she first saw the house — shortly after she and Jay broke up — Kristin revealed that she knew it had to be hers.
‘I walked in and immediately knew this was my house. It was mainly the energy. It’s like he was calling my name,” she said.
“If I had waited a month I would never have gotten it because that’s when everyone started moving here. To this day, I thank my lucky stars that it all worked out. Honestly, it was like everything aligned for me,” she told My Domaine.
During the interview, she revealed that their backyard features fruit trees and shrubs – including blackberries, apples, blueberries and strawberries – as well as a vegetable garden – with carrots, zucchini, tomatoes and more.
Kristin said her children play outside all day, noting that “it’s almost an old-fashioned way of raising children.”
The star has chickens and beehives on her property, which she said makes her happy.
‘Plus, it’s fun to teach your children life skills this way. For my kids to be able to go to our chicken coop to get eggs is a really cool way to grow up – and very different, because of the way I grew up.”

After moving in, Kristin began the 18-month renovation.
‘I’ve done a lot of work. “I completely gutted the kitchen, finished the basement, remodeled a lot of the bathrooms, and expanded my closet,” she explained.
Kristin also added a pool and built the greenhouse.
She stayed in the house for all but six weeks of the renovation – because she had no kitchen; she rented a beach house six hours away for that period.
It is unknown if the star resides in Tennessee, but she talked about her love for the state in the My Domaine interview.
‘It’s so nice to be able to come home to this environment. I can’t say enough good things about Tennessee. It is very grounding for me and I feel so comfortable here. As far as I can see into the future, this is my home,” she said.
Kristin, who became a household name as a teen on the MTV reality show Laguna Beach and then as an adult on The Hills and later Very Cavallari, has three published cookbooks and one lifestyle book to her credit.
She also owns her brand Uncommon James, which includes jewelry, lifestyle, clothing, skin care and home goods.
