Just as her ex-husband Jay Cutler was arrested on Thursday for drunken driving and gun possession, she was featured in a new cheeky clip on social media.
The Hills alum, 37, posted a video to Instagram wearing a tiny crop top just as the former NFL star, 41, was booked in Tennessee.
In the short clip, Kristin, who shares three children with Cutler, playfully discussed her new reputation as a “conspiracy theorist” after revealing that she believes Kanye was cloned by the Illuminati.
Looking effortlessly carefree, she showed off her toned figure in a tan top and low-cut jeans, showing no signs of concern about the situation.
Meanwhile, Cutler was reportedly arrested around 5 p.m. after being pulled over for allegedly driving under the influence with two firearms in his vehicle, including a loaded handgun, according to a police report obtained by DailyMail.com.

The former pro quarterback was arrested after a minor traffic accident in downtown Franklin in which he allegedly rear-ended another vehicle, according to a police report obtained by DailyMail.com.
Authorities reported smelling a strong odor of alcohol when they spoke to Cutler, who also had noticeably bloodshot eyes.
Despite signs of impairment, Cutler refused to take a field sobriety test. He was later transported to a hospital, where a blood sample was obtained pursuant to a search warrant, officials confirmed.
He faces additional charges of failing to exercise due diligence and violating the implied consent law.

Cutler was released from the Williamson County Jail later that day after posting $5,000 bail.
Authorities have not yet provided further details about the circumstances of his arrest.
Cutler and Cavallari, 37, were married for almost a decade before finalizing their divorce in 2022. They share three children: Camden, 11, Jaxon, 9, and Saylor, 8.
