Kristen Stewart pairs plaid blazer with black shorts while out and about in NYC
Kristen Stewart is promoting new paranormal show Living For The Dead, which follows LGBTQ+ ghost hunters as they explore some of the world’s most notorious haunted locations.
Hollywood’s leading lady is an executive producer, along with her fiance Dylann Mayer, and the narrator of eight episodes of the ghost hunting documentary now streaming on Hulu.
On Wednesday, Stewart appeared to be on business when she was spotted seemingly moments before heading to a meeting in midtown Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood.
She looked in great spirits, if the big beaming smile on her face was any indication.

On the day, Stewart looked business ready in a black and white checked blazer over a black bra, along with black shorts and matching leather shoes and socks.
The Oscar-nominated actress sported an array of rings, a necklace and sunglasses with bright lenses, all while carrying a sleek black handbag.
Rounding off her overall look, the Charlie’s Angels actress had her locks dyed a darker shade and pulled back from her face, styled over her ears, in a messy look.
In the end, the Los Angeles native returned to the same door and returned to the bustling streets of New York with a big smile on her face.
After several people approached him to get a selfie or an autograph, a man stepped in and helped guide her to her next destination without too many interruptions.
It looked like Stewart would be working alone, as there was no sign of Meyer, to whom she had been engaged for about two years.
Meyer and Stewart were first linked romantically in the summer of 2019, but the pair actually met six years earlier on a film set (most likely Camp X-Ray) and then reconnected through a mutual friend, sparking a whirlwind romance.
“The day I met her, it was like all bets were off,” Stewart said during the appearance The Howard Stern Show in November 2019.

Eventually, Stewart reappeared, apparently after the meeting, and was greeted by fans and people who wanted to take pictures or get an autograph.

Following in the footsteps of her screenwriter father, Oscar-nominated screenwriter Nicholas Meyer, Meyer has garnered numerous credits as both a writer and actress, most recently working on the script for Netflix’s 2021 Amy Poehler coming-of-age film, Mokie.
Her writing resume also includes Loose Ends (2015) and XOXO (2016), starring Modern Family’s Sarah Hiland, as well as eight episodes of the comedy series Miss 2059 (2017-2018).
Coming from the creators of Queer Eye, Meier and Stewart worked behind the scenes on their friend CJ Romero’s Living For The Dead.
The series follows five LGBTQ+ ghost hunters who roam the country. Entitled “Ghostbusters”, they will explore various haunted locations while pushing the boundaries between the living and the dead. In addition to Le May and Taylor, the ghost hunting team also includes Yuya Bae, Ken Bogle and Roz Hernandez.
The actors work together to explore locations that include the Copper Queen Hotel, Waverly Hills Sanatorium, the Clown Hotel, the Palace Theater and the Palomino, according to People.

“It’s so cool and refreshing that me and my best friend CJ Romero had this ridiculous idea and now it’s a show,” Stewart said in a statement, according to Bloody Disgusting.
She went on to reveal that the show started out as “a bit of a hypothetical silly dream, and now I’m so proud to have kept something as moving and meaningful as the really gay old days.”
Praising the cast, she said they ‘made me laugh and cry and had the courage and heart to take us to places I wouldn’t have gone on my own.’
She ended the statement by saying it was a ‘cool first trip’ for the company she started with Meyer and Maggie McLean.
“This is just the beginning for us and for life for the dead,” Stewart said, adding: “We want to go through the whole spooky land one day. Maybe the world!’
