Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her 44th birthday on this week’s episode of The Kardashians… when she almost revealed she’s pregnant.
The 44-year-old reality star revealed at her husband Travis Barker’s Blink-182 concert in June that she is expecting their first child together.
But a few months earlier, Kourtney – who shared a racy tribute to Barker on his 48th birthday – had her birthday party at a bowling alley, but a rough performance from Khloe almost ruined the surprise.
The episode opens at Bowlero bowling alley, where Kourtney arrives with her son Reign and many others to celebrate her 44th birthday.
Her mother Kris arrives with grandmother MJ as they all wish her a happy birthday, along with her stylist Chloe Degadillo, while Kourtney wears a ‘Birhday Girl’ tiara.

‘I’m turning 44. To be honest, the forties are the best. “So many amazing things have happened to me in my 40s and I’m so grateful,” Kourtney said in a confessional.
Khloe Kardashian arrives and takes a photo with her older sister, while Khloe adds, “I want to call this ‘Filthy Rich Cattle Drive.’
“I can’t wait until Khloe can join me in the 40s next year,” Kourtney adds in a confessional, as Kourtney asks Khloe if they should do something a little livelier as Khloe picks her sister up and spins her around.
“Khloe, put me down,” Kourtney says, and when Khloe asks why, Kourtney says, “Because… I’m very vulnerable,” as Khloe complies.
While Kourtney doesn’t say why she’s “vulnerable,” the preview for next week’s episode shows Kourtney’s now infamous pregnancy reveal in June.
Kourtney was at one of her husband Travis Barker’s Blink-182 concerts when she held up a sign saying she was pregnant.
Kourtney, 44, and Kim, 43, are fresh off a bitter feud from last season that they resolved in season 4.
The family all gathered at a Bowlero bowling alley to celebrate Kourtney’s 44th birthday, when Kim revealed some hurtful insults Kourtney used in high school.
Early in the episode, others arrive at the party such as Simon Huck, Corey Gamble, Malika Haqq and Kim Kardashian, who gives Kourtney a birthday hug and asks Kourtney to open her card as she gives Simon a hug.
Kourtney reads, “I’m proud to call you my sister. Hopefully this will make up for all the other things I’ve been calling you with,” as Kim shows the front of the card to the camera and adds, “Isn’t this so appropriate or something?”

Kim adds, “I wasn’t sure if she would be mad at me about this card,” but Kourtney insists, “No!” as Kim confesses, “One of my obsessions is looking for funny cards online.”
“This one was made for me and Kourtney,” Kim said in a joint confession with Kourtney, who added, “We all said the meanest things. I used to have no feelings. All I would say is, ‘You’re so damn cellulite!’
Kim added, “Or as she said in high school, “Ew, my sister has big saggy tits, you would hate her!” And like guys at school that I would like to have at a party, and I literally walked away crying and said, ‘Bye guys.’
Kourtney turns to her sister and says, “Well, I’m sorry about the past,” while Kim quietly says, “Thank you,” with a hand over her heart.
