In the photo carousel, she meets the Blink-182 drummer in a bikini, while skiing, popping a bottle of champagne and on a private plane.
“Congratulations to the love of my life,” she sweetly captioned the post.
Travis replied, “My best friend, I love you. It’s you forever,” adding a black heart emoji.
The 45-year-old Poosh founder also shared a video clip of the couple — who dressed up as Morticia and Gomez Addams for Halloween — admirably playing Heart and Soul on the piano and singing along.
Travis’ son Landon Barker, 21, also joined in on the birthday wishes, sharing two photos to his Instagram for his dad’s birthday.

Travis’ last birthday in his 40s comes just days after the couple celebrated their son Rocky Thirteen’s first birthday.
