The founder of POOSH, 44, looked stunning in a tight pastel blue bodysuit with sheer pants and a matching sarong as she stood by the edge of her swimming pool.
Travis, 47, appeared in several shots, all of which showed him holding his pregnant wife.
The couple, who married in May 2022, recently revealed they are expecting a son.
Despite already being a mother of three, Kourtney hasn’t been shy about turning to fans and the internet for pregnancy advice.

On Wednesday, the reality TV star shared screenshots of her recent Google search history — all of which related to pregnancy insomnia.
The search engine suggested that eating a snack, taking a hot bath and/or reading a book before bed are among the best ways to deal with insomnia.
She also looked up “top tips” for a better night’s sleep, including cutting back on caffeine, exercising, and/or using a pregnancy pillow.
Kourtney told her 223 million followers on Instagram that she’s already tried all the methods on Google.
‘I’m already doing this [SMILING EMOJI] what else?’ she asked.
Last week, Kourtney asked fans for their “favorite clean body care for during pregnancy?”
Kourtney was last pregnant in 2014 with her now eight-year-old son Reign, one of three children she shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, 39.
She is also mother to son Mason, 13, and daughter Penelope, 11.

Meanwhile, Travis and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 48, share son Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama, 17.
Kourtney made her pregnancy announcement on Friday, June 16 at Blink-182’s concert in Los Angeles.
As Travis performed, she held up a large sign that read, “Travis, I’m pregnant.” It referenced the band’s 1999 music video titled All The Small Things.
After seeing the sign, Travis jumped off the stage and went over to his wife to kiss him.
Although it was presented as a “surprise,” Travis’ ex Shanna claims she’s known about the pregnancy for “weeks.”
Since the announcement, Kourtney has been using Instagram to show off her growing belly and share milestones.
Last weekend, the couple threw a lavish gender reveal party at their sprawling, rock-and-roll-themed Calabasas home.
They made the reveal by playing drums, then blue streamers were launched high into the sky to reveal that the couple is expecting a baby boy.
Kourtney updated fans on the news by sharing a video of the special moment on Instagram, which showed her sitting on Travis’ lap as he drummed.
Their baby was conceived naturally after they halted their IVF journey over a year ago due to the effects it was having on Kourtney’s health.
She recently revealed on The Kardashians that she used to freeze her eggs.

“When I was 38 or 39 everyone pushed me to do that and most of me didn’t survive the thaw because eggs are one cell and none of them made it into an embryo,” she told viewers.
Kourtney and Travis became romantically involved in late 2020 after nearly a decade of friendship.
They made their relationship Instagram official in February 2021 and were engaged in October.
The couple married in May 2022 at a Santa Barbara courthouse before flying to Portofino, Italy a week later to have a lavish wedding at the Dolce & Gabbana mansion in front of their friends and family.
