1/2 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or agave to minimize blood sugar spikes)

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (use only if plant-based milk is unsweetened)

Overnight oats basic:
