A woman has died and three people have been taken to hospital after a crash between a school bus and a Ford sedan.
The accident occurred at around 7.15am on Friday morning at the intersection of Mallala Rd and Navvy Hill Rd, Korunye, South Australia.
Emergency services arrived on the scene and found a number of people injured after the collision between a Fuso school bus and a Ford sedan.
A 23-year-old Elizabeth North woman, a passenger in the sedan, died at the scene.
The driver of that car, a 22-year-old man from Freeling, and another passenger, a 19-year-old woman from Davoren Park, were flown to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment.
Police officers on the scene said the school bus – empty except for the driver – was on its normal morning commute when it was struck on the side by the sedan, causing both vehicles to roll.

The driver of the bus, a 36-year-old man from Pooraka, was taken to Lyell McEwin Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The 24-seater bus was scheduled to pick up schoolchildren 10 minutes after the accident.
The driver’s pregnant partner rushed to the scene when he heard the news.
“He’s doing well, I think he’s in shock, he’s obviously in hospital,” Kanga Coachlines spokesperson Julian Roeger told 7NEWS.
“She’s there to support him, just like us, so we’ll support him, we’ll support her and the family.”
Road closures around the accident remained in place until late morning.
