Vanessa Bryant is godmother to the three-year-old daughter of the late Kobe Bryant’s former teammate Pau Gasol, Elisabet Gianna.
In images shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the widow posed with her and Kobe’s three daughters — Natalia, 20, Bianka, six, and Capri, four — at Elisabet’s christening in Barcelona, Spain this week.
Before the ceremony, Vanessa — who recently celebrated Capri’s birthday — showed off her gorgeous all-white look that consisted of a hooded dress and kitten heels.
Natalia, Bianka and Capri were also dressed head to toe in white and the family posed for a beautiful group photo inside the church.
Elisabet’s middle name “Gianna” is a tribute to Vanessa’s late daughter Gianna, who was just 13 years old when she tragically died with her father, an NBA legend, in a horrific helicopter crash in January 2020.

Wow in white: Ahead of the ceremony, Vanessa — who recently celebrated Capri’s birthday — showed off her gorgeous all-white look that consisted of a hooded dress and kitten heels
Vanessa added images of herself next to Elisabet, who was held by her mother during the baptism – which is the sacrament of admission to the church.
Pao stood right next to his wife and child in a black suit and gray tie.
“Eggie’s godmother,” Vanessa wrote, affectionately using the nickname she now calls her goddaughter, Elisabet.
Elisabet is the eldest child of 42-year-old Gasol with his wife Catherine McDonnell, 34.
The old couple welcomed a baby boy in December 2022.
Kobe Bryant’s widow shared a total of four Instagram posts dedicated to the day with Gasol’s family.
She added pictures of her and Natalia in the back of a car and pictures of the cathedral where the family event took place.
Natalia looked all grown up as she towered above her mother and younger sisters in a high-necked, long-sleeved dress that fell just above her knees.
She paired the chic yet ecclesiastical look with a pair of classic white pumps.
Bianka and Capri wore sweet white dresses with white leotards and Mary Jane-style shoes.
In one comment, Cat Gasol commented, “The most stunning and loving GM ever,” while Lala Kent simply wrote, “Beautiful.”
The next group of photos turned out to be from the celebration after the religious ceremony.
Vanessa and Natalia posed together on a balcony overlooking a ravine with the ocean in the distance.
In one photo, they hugged each other while looking at the camera.

The celebratory photo dump comes less than a month after Vanessa celebrated Capri turning four with a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
These light-hearted family moments come more than three years after Kobe, Gianna and six other souls perished in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California in January 2020.
