Kobe Bryant’s eldest daughter, Natalia Bryant, was served with a restraining order Wednesday against a man she says sent her spam, harassed her in person and possesses a cache of weapons.
A man from Sun Valley, California named Dwayne Cortez Toliver Kemp, 32, has been ordered by the Los Angeles County Superior Court to stay at least 200 yards from Natalia for the next three years. Los Angeles informed.
Bryant, 19, testified in Los Angeles County Superior Court Wednesday about fear and anxiety caused by Kemp’s actions after he harassed her for several years, both online and in person.

“He was in love with me,” Bryant told the court of Kemp, whom she had never met or corresponded with online. He wanted to make love to me. I wanted to be together.
Bryant told the court that Kemp began sending her direct messages on social media when she was 17 years old and that she did not block him to avoid provoking violence.
“I was afraid for a long time that if I blocked him, he would act angry or get angry,” Bryant said, adding that she continually ignored messages Kemp sent.
Bryant said Kemp escalated his pattern of disruptive behavior when he showed up at her USC sorority house to see her with a bouquet of edible flowers, then returned with real flowers and asked people at the school where she was.

Bryant told the court that Kemp began sending her direct messages on social media when she was 17 and that she did not block him in order not to trigger him into acts of violence.
“He says he wants to come visit me, and then… he does,” she testified.
A detective with the Los Angeles Police Department told the court that Kemp was considered dangerous, citing clips and images he posted online of buying semi-automatic weapons.
Kemp told the court that he owns the weapons, which are legally registered, as part of his security work.
He said he was romantically interested in Bryant once she turned 19, but had no malicious or harmful intentions, describing the course of events as “totally misunderstanding”.
Kemp said he gives women “flowers all the time, and it works,” and that he would have walked away from Bryant if she had blocked him on social media.
“If I had been blocked, I would have known right then and there that she wasn’t interested,” Kemp told the court.
In court papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court last month and reviewed by TMZBryant said a 32-year-old man named Dwayne Kemp has her in fear for her life after a series of troubling actions that add up to harassment.
“I don’t feel safe,” Bryant told the court, adding that she never met or had any contact with Kemp, who she believes they are dating.
Bryant said Kemp first attempted to contact her in 2020 “as if we were in a romantic relationship or as if he wanted to enter into such a relationship,” according to court documents obtained by Fox.
In one instance, Natalia said Kemp sent her a direct message that included a photo of the late Kobe Bryant captioned, “Thank you for birthing you, hopefully we can birth him…Kobe,” with the implication that they would have “a Kobe”. -as a child together.’
Bryant told the court that Kemp sent him another message on Oct. 23, 2022 that read, “I love you and I’m sorry.” Can we talk and make up so we can be friends again…?’
Bryant, who is a model for IMG, is studying film at USC. She is the eldest daughter of the late NBA icon and Vanessa Bryant, 40, who she was spotted with in Los Angeles last year.

According to court documents, Kemp is “a gun enthusiast” who has been arrested and/or convicted on at least four occasions, in a case involving firearms.
Kemp has “threatened to buy both an AK-47 and a fully automatic Glock,” the outlet reported, citing court documents, and is currently in the process of purchasing a firearm.
Los Angeles Police Department authorities are involved in the investigation and recommend that the restraining order be granted.
Bryant has asked the court to issue Kemp a restraining order that would require him to stay a minimum of 200 yards away from her, her residence, her job, her employment, her frat house and her vehicle.
Bryant, who is a model for IMG, is studying film at USC. She is the eldest daughter of the late NBA icon, 41, and Vanessa Bryant, 40, who are also parents to Gigi, 13, as well as Bianka, five, and Capri, three.
Kobe and Gigi died with seven other people on January 26, 2020 in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California.
