Kmart shoppers in a frenzy over $30 item which ‘looks identical’ to $130 designer piece: ‘I can’t wait to get one’
Kmart shoppers have described this summer’s clothing range as the retailer’s ‘best ever’ after another surprise dupe hit shelves.
The Boxy Denim Short Sleeve Mini Dress is “something you’d expect to find at other retailers for a fraction of the price,” according to the mega-fan behind the Kmart Insider account.
The short denim dress costs just $30 and looks almost identical to a $129 piece from Ceres Life.
It also resembles an $89 piece from Sportsgirl and a $140 Decjuba piece, which has since been reduced to just $69.99.
Kmart Insider urged its followers to ‘stop scrolling’ after spotting the newly launched denim dress.
And they loved her reasoning.
“Kmart is killing me,” said one fan.
“Wow, honey,” added a second.

Kmart shoppers seem to be hitting the right note this year, especially when it comes to women’s fashion items.
The sleeveless mesh turtleneck maxi dress — a sleek leopard print one — is very similar to Decjuba’s $120 Elaine Mesh Maxi Dress.
And it was once again a big hit with fans.
According to Kmart Insider, both dresses are made of polyester/elastane.
“A dupe so perfect it’s wild,” the influencer said on Instagram.
And fans were excited.
‘Wow! That’s a winner!’ said a woman.
While another said she ‘can’t wait’ to get her hands on one.
