Kmart has slashed the price of its wooden serving boards — from $20 to just 10 cents in a sale that has sent the store’s fans into a frenzy.
The deal appeared to be store-specific, with shoppers at the Baldivis store in Perth getting lucky.
A lucky customer, who managed to get hold of some of the boards, posted a photo of the clearance item to a Facebook group of Kmart fans.

And people were quick to respond to the offer: “Great, I’ll get ten,” said one woman.
While others tagged their friends and bragged about spotting the incredible deal.
“Oh no, someone’s getting fired. This is certainly a big mistake,” one man wrote.
“Must be $10 on it,” said another.
Others were angry, noting that it would be “impossible” for them to get one of the super cheap boards.
“For ten cents they would all be gone now,” complained one woman.
“I’d love this for a craft project, but I don’t know anyone who lives near that shop,” another lamented.
“Why does my Kmart never have such sales,” complained a third.
But one woman gave them hope and noted that she also got a good deal on the plate at a NSW store.
“My husband bought me one at the Figtree store,” the woman said.
The product is no longer available on the retailer’s website.
