Australian shoppers have discovered a $10 ‘must-have’ product ahead of the sweltering summer heat – but you’ll have to be quick.
Kmart Australia’s bladeless portable fans ($10) are selling out nationwide as spring draws to a close.
‘They’re selling like hotcakes!’ exclaimed one shopper online after purchasing her goods.
Hundreds have shared their love for the fan online, with many sharing all the times the product has been useful.
“I have one for my baby bag, which comes in handy when waiting for appointments,” said one mother. ‘The air conditioning was broken and the bub overheated, [the fan] was enough to keep her comfortable.”
‘I use mine for my eyelash extensions! Best ever,” another added.
Once fully charged, the fans can be used for two and a half hours.
Some complained that the fan was noisy, but others were less bothered by the downside.

Kmart’s product is being compared to Ninja’s high-end Creami Deluxe ($399.99), which can make ice cream, gelato, frozen drinks, frozen yogurt and more.
All you have to do is put your favorite drink in the jug and fill the top with ice.
Australians on a budget have praised the versatility of the Kmart purchase, with many online raving about the handy gadget.
“This is such a good investment,” said one. ‘I don’t have air conditioning and I use it when I want to cool down.’
Several shoppers also make use of the purchase for unlikely reasons.
‘I am pregnant and have anemia. I bought this just for the crushed ice,” said one mother.
Jonathan de Jonk from Melbourne revealed he uses Kmart shopping to make protein slushies before hitting the gym.
“This is my summer hack for my gym brother,” he shared online. ‘It’s a summer essential and they taste so good.’
