Kmart Australia shoppers are loving a $4 cleaning gadget

Kmart shoppers are divided over the popular retailer’s latest kitchen gadget, but most agree it’s a ‘complete gamechanger’.

The $4 purchase, called the “mini retractable mop,” is designed to keep countertops clean.

And according to one shopper, who made a video of himself cleaning with the mini mop, it’s ‘amazing’.

The man, Kevin Chang, posted the video to TikTok, claiming the mop would “change your kitchen game.”

He then dumped coffee on the countertop before running the cheap mop over the spill to clean it up.

Then he squeezed it out into the sink.

‘I looked expectantly. I thought it was good if it was soaked… then absolutely gasped out loud when you could squeeze it out,” one woman captioned the video.

“Okay, I’ll buy this, but for our new puppies’ mess,” another added.

A third revealed they hate touching wet cloths as it causes sensory overload, so the mop is perfect.

“Adds to cart immediately,” added another.

But others didn’t sell.

“My sponge does the same thing,” said one woman.

“Why do people get ridiculous gadgets when there are literally paper towels,” said another.

“Towels and washable clothes are good too,” added another.

Another person claimed that the video “gave consumerism.”
