Location, Location, Location star Kirstie Allsopp has expressed her frustration after her British Airways flight was delayed by almost 48 hours.
The delay caused the mother-of-two, 52, from London, to miss hospital appointments and film shoots.
Kirstie appears to still be holed up at the unknown escape location after returning to the airport, only to discover that the departure has been postponed again.
Furious, she posted on
‘This latest episode, a delay of more than 24 hours with virtually no information and resulting in missed hospital appointments and admissions, is just the umpteenth in a long series of [poo emoji].’

After being told to return 24 hours after the original flight time, the flight was delayed another 23 hours, according to the presenter
Kirstie’s post has been viewed by over 65,000 people and received a swift response from the airline’s official X account, inviting the presenter to contact them so they could ‘take a closer look’ to see if they could could arrange an earlier flight.
After an hour-and-a-half breather, the Channel 4 star returned to social media, adding: ‘We got up at the airport as instructed, 24 hours after our original flight, and waited two hours to be told our flight is now is. another 21 hours of delay until 5pm local time tomorrow.”
In total, this amounts to a waiting time of 47 hours.
She concluded that the delay was “utter chaos.”
Kirstie’s post has been viewed by over 65,000 people and received a quick response from the airline’s official could arrange.
Kirstie had already had a disrupted flight with BA in recent weeks.
