The Sacramento Kings defeated the LA Clipper 176-175 in double overtime in the second-highest scoring NBA game of all time on Friday night in Los Angeles.
Malik Monk led the way for the Kings with 45 points off the bench, and was narrowly followed by starting point guard De’Aaron Fox, who finished the night with 42 points and 12 assists.
All five starting Kings posted double-digit numbers in a historic evening.
Sacramento finished without star center Domantas Sabonis, who fouled down the stretch.
Russell Westbrook made his Clippers debut and finished the night with 17 points and 14 assists.
Kawhi Leonard led the way for the Clippers with 44 points, while Paul George chipped in a triple-double with 34 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

Zach LaVine scored 32 points on 12-of-17 shooting as the Chicago Bulls beat the Brooklyn Nets 131-87 on Friday night to snap a six-game skid.
Chicago held Brooklyn to a season low; his previous worst was 92 in a loss to Boston in December. The Nets lost by their biggest margin this season, one point worse than the loss to the Celtics on February 1.
Nikola Vucevic and Andre Drummond each had 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Bulls. All-Star DeMar DeRozan and Patrick Williams each scored 17 points.

KNICKS 115, WIZARDS 109
Julius Randle matched his career high with 46 points and the New York Knicks overcame a 19-point deficit to beat the Washington Wizards 115-109 on Friday night.
Jalen Brunson broke a 109 tie with a bench shot in traffic with 42.1 seconds remaining, and the Knicks held on.
Kristaps Porzingis and Kyle Kuzma each scored 23 points for Washington.

FALCONS 136, KNIGHTS 119
Trae Young scored 34 points as Atlanta beat Cleveland in its first game under interim coach Joe Prunty.
The Hawks played their first game since coach Nate McMillan was fired Tuesday. The team had three practices, including a shooting session on Friday morning, under the direction of Prunty, who had been McMillan’s primary assistant.
Darius Garland led Cleveland with 33 points.

HORNETS 121, TIMBER WOLVES 113
LaMelo Ball had 32 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and the game-winning 3-pointer down the stretch to lead Charlotte past Minnesota.
Gordon Hayward added 27 points and a season-high 13 rebounds and PJ Washington had 20 points for the Hornets. They won their third straight game overall and snapped a seven-game road skid.
Bell outpointed Minnesota All-Star Anthony Edwards in a battle of two of the top three picks in the 2020 draft. Edwards had 29 points and eight rebounds.

Klay Thompson scored 42 points and matched his season high with 12 3-pointers, leading the Golden State Warriors to a 116-101 victory over the Houston Rockets on Friday night.
Donte DiVincenzo added 15 points as the Warriors held on for the second game of a straight homecoming game following a 124-111 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night. Jordan Poole’s 38-footer made it past the halftime buzzer to put Golden State up 66-49 at halftime, and he scored 15.
KJ Martin had 22 points and eight rebounds, TyTy Washington scored 15 and Jae’Sean Tate 14 for the NBA-worst Rockets (13-46), who lost their eighth and fifth straight road trips.

Devin Booker scored 25 points, Chris Paul added 16 and the Phoenix Suns beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 124-115 on Friday night.
Surging Phoenix has won 12 of 16 as it waits for superstar Kevin Durant to return from a knee injury to make his Suns debut.
Terrence Ross hit a 3-pointer as the third-quarter bell rang to put the Suns up 94-87. Phoenix led the rest of the way and a 3-pointer by Booker with two minutes to go gave the Suns an 11-point lead.
He also gave the three-time All-Star 1,052 career 3-pointers, which set a franchise record.
