King Charles has been seen leaving Clarence House as the investigation into the alleged breach of Kate Middleton’s private data continues at the London Clinic.

The king, who has been undergoing treatment for cancer, was photographed being chased from his home in central London.

Charles has stepped back from his royal duties while the Princess of Wales is recovering from abdominal surgery at the London Clinic in January.

Last night it emerged that three staff members at the clinic have been suspended amid an investigation into allegations that attempts had been made to access Kate’s personal medical records.

The alleged breach of Kate’s data took place at the clinic after the future queen was admitted for a planned abdominal operation on January 16, with Kate being discharged a fortnight later.

She has rarely been seen in public since, leading to cruel conspiracy theories on social media about her well-being and health.

The data watchdog, the Information Commissioner’s Officer, confirmed it had ‘received a breach notification’ and was ‘assessing the information provided’.

Meanwhile, insiders at the hospital, based in Marylebone, central London, said staff were ‘utterly shocked and distraught’ that a ‘trusted colleague’ could have committed such a ‘breach of trust and ethics’.

The princess is said to be aware of the allegations, with a Kensington Palace spokesperson saying: ‘This is a matter for the London Clinic.’

It is a criminal offense for staff in an NHS or private healthcare environment to access a patient’s medical records without permission from the medical provider’s data controller.

The London Clinic could not confirm the exact date the alleged breach allegedly occurred, but the revelation came a day after images emerged of Kate out and about in Windsor over the weekend.

Similarly, Charles was seen leaving Clarence House yesterday, followed by Queen Camilla.

Footage showed crowds of royal fans queuing to watch the royals leave in their cars surrounded by security, and one video showed Camilla smiling and waving as she walked along the Mall.

Camilla has embarked on a series of engagements in Northern Ireland, where she was photobombed by smartly dressed one-year-old Fitz William Salmon-Corrie.

The boy, dressed in a suit and bow tie, posed for the cameras as Camilla visited a shop and spoke to staff at Knotts bakery in Belfast.

She met business owners and staff in a shop on the bustling Lisburn Road in south Belfast on the second day of her stay in the region.

There was an emphasis on local produce and favorite dishes, with artisan and family producers sharing their contributions to the community with the Queen.

Camilla arrived in Northern Ireland last night as a bugler from the Hillsborough Ford Guard played to mark her arrival at Hillsborough Castle in Co Down, the region’s royal residence.

The Queen was last in Northern Ireland last May when she and the King agreed on their first post-coronation visit to the region.

She is traveling alone this week after Charles stepped back from his public duties while being treated for cancer.
