Kimberly Perry is expecting her first child with husband Johnny Costello.
The Band Perry star, 39, revealed her happy news and debuted her baby bump as she spoke People before the arrival of the child at the end of August.
Kimberly said, “Johnny and I are overflowing with joy to announce this beautiful bundle of love. This is a brand new season for us – new love, new life, new baby, nothing better!
Sharing a sweet photo on Instagram, the star added: ‘The best news of all the good news lately:
I AM OVERLOADING JOY to share that Johnny and I are expecting our first baby at the end of August!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Perry married Costello in June 2021. Perry captioned a shot announcing their wedding in December of that year: “Wishing everyone a very MARRIED Christmas. Today my love, @juannycostello, and I celebrate 6 months since “I do!”‘
She continued, “On June 17, we headed from LA to Las Vegas in black [Corvette] and married at midnight. It was wild and wonderful, reminding me again that God is the most glorious creator and the master of the most beautiful blueprint for our lives! I love you Johnny and can’t wait forever….”
She added a gray heart emoji and addressed the post: “Mrs. Kostello.’
On Costello’s Instagram post, he shared a photo of himself hugging Perry with the caption, “YALL, WE GOT MARRIED!!!! Happiest six months of marriage @thekimberlyperry. Start each day with a prayer and end with a kiss. I love you!!’
The Jackson, Mississippi native was formerly married to ex-MLB catcher JP Arencibia, 37, from 2014 to 2018, until they split due to irreconcilable differences. Arencibia is now married to conservative TV personality Tomi Lahren, 30.

A rep for Arencibia, who played mostly for the Toronto Blue Jays in his six-year career in the majors, told People that the athlete never cheated on the singer during their marriage.
“While issues of our relationship and what led to the demise of our marriage must remain between us, I will say there was no infidelity,” Arencibia’s representative said. ‘It’s a shame that all this is now being made up to promote an album; I’ve moved on and hopefully one day she can too.’
