A relationship expert has shared the three psychological tricks that will change a power dynamic and have someone “obsessed” with you in no time.

Kimberley Mofitt, an American with a doctorate in psychology, shared a video to his 200,000 followers in which he explained the tricks and why they are ‘so powerful’ when done right.

“Have you ever been in a love situation where you feel like the other person has all the power?” Kimberley said.

‘Well, what if I told you that there are three things you can do right now that can change a power dynamic so they’ll come after you again?’

1. The concept of ‘Fearless State’

The first trick you should know is the concept of ‘Fearless State’.

This involves putting yourself in a ‘fearless state as humanly possible’.

“This means you’ll wake up in the morning and you’ll be listening to music that will really make you feel brave,” Kimberley said.

“You’ll also go to events and you’ll see people who really cheer you up and you’ll only see content that makes you feel powerful.”

The reason this works, Kimberley said, is because it gives you confidence, which in turn “makes you attractive.”

“This will make that other person want to chase you,” he said.

Kimberley (pictured) said you should “stop replying” to someone’s messages instantly if they’re not doing the same for you.

2. Stop responding

The second thing the relationship expert said you should do is stop responding.

“This sounds toxic, but it’s not, let me explain,” Kimberley said.

‘When someone takes their energy away from us, our natural instinct is to go towards them, but you’re not going to do that.’

If the person you’re in a relationship with “has all the power,” Kimberley said, that “already means they’ve taken your energy away.”

She said you shouldn’t feel like you need to “text them back all the time right away if they’re not doing the same for you.”

Instead, you should sit back and let a message go unanswered for a few hours or even a day before giving a reply.

Finally, Kimberley (pictured) said you should give this person an “honest review” as this is “the trick and it’s a total mind for the person you’re dating.”

3. Give them an honest look.

Finally, Kimberley said you need to give this person an “honest review” as this is “the kicker and it’s total mental shit for the person you’re dating.”

“You’re going to give them a very realistic look,” Kimberley said.

‘When you do this, assess whether this person meets your minimum standards.’

If you do this trick, Kimberley said, you’re putting yourself back in your “rightful place of empowerment.”

Even if you don’t like what you see when you take a look at them, you will automatically feel more powerful.

Thousands of people who viewed the relationship expert’s video were quick to thank Kimberley for sharing such helpful advice.

Everything he said is a fact. A guy was acting disinterested all of a sudden. I switched to indifferent mode. He came running back to me,” one commenter wrote.

“Much needed, thank you very much,” added another.
