Kimberley Walsh rushed her two-year-old son Nate to hospital after he fell from a chair and dislocated his elbow, she revealed on Thursday.
The Girls Aloud singer, 42, who recalled the worrying ordeal on Instagram, took Nate to A&E to have him checked out after the incident.
After the nurses made everything clear to Nate, Kimberley took Nate back to the hospital after a “restless night” and felt like she knew something was wrong.
When she rushed Nate back for the second time, it was discovered that he had seriously injured his elbow – to which she said she was so glad she trusted her instincts.
Alongside a slew of photos from their trip to hospital, she wrote: ‘Not exactly how I hoped the summer holidays would go. My little climbing monkey fell off the chair and landed funny on his arm.

“I knew something was wrong, so we went to the emergency room to get him checked out. The nurse thought he was fine and sent us home, but he really wasn’t happy.
‘After a very restless night and he actually didn’t want to use his arm at all, we took him the next day and asked for an X-ray. It turned out he had dislocated his elbow.
‘The poor little thing was so brave it kills me. Moral of the story is: trust your instincts. I knew something was wrong, thank goodness we went back.
“He’s back to his old self, but unfortunately the climbing hasn’t stopped.”
Kimberley shares three sons Bobby, 6, Cole, 4, and Nate with Justin Scott, 39, a British singer and ex-member of boy band Triple 8.
