Kim Zolciak’s on/off husband Kroy Biermann files for divorce AGAIN just six weeks after trying to work things out amid money woes – but says union is ‘irretrievably broken’

Kroy Biermann has filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak after a brief reconciliation.

Biermann, 37, filed legal papers on Thursday saying the union is ‘broken beyond repair’ TMZ reported.

The former Atlanta Falcons player is seeking sole legal and physical custody of the family’s four minor children, the outlet reports.

He’s also asking for child support, alimony and the family’s mansion in Milton, Georgia, which means Zolciak, 45, would have to vacate the property.

Thursday’s filing marks the latest issue for the couple, who have been beset by major financial and relationship troubles in recent months, after initially splitting in May.

The latest: Kroy Biermann, 37, has filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak, 45, after a brief reconciliation. The couple split earlier in May, making inflammatory allegations against the other party

Zolciak sold some of daughter Brielle Biermann’s designer items last month to raise funds, with asking prices of up to $20,000 for the expensive items.

Biermann and Zolciak had first separated in May; At the time, Biermann called Zolciak a “compulsive behavioral addict” who had wasted as much as $1.5 million of the family’s finances on gambling.

The Atlanta Falcons alum made the accusations against the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star after she called police at their mansion in Milton, Georgia, on May 4 ahead of his first divorce filing.

The accusations about Zolciak’s gambling losses were featured in a Milton Police Department bodycam video after officers responded to the home after Kim reported a domestic dispute.

The images were obtained by RadarOnline.com after Biermann and Zolciak filed for divorce from each other during a twelve-year marriage.

Biermann — who was careful when he spoke to police hoping Zolciak wouldn’t overhear him — called the Bravo personality a “narcissist to the extreme.”

Biermann said Zolciak’s penchant for gambling had grown exponentially in recent years.

“It’s probably been going on for pretty much our entire marriage and it’s gotten significantly worse,” Biermann said of Zolciak, who was pictured at a Bitcoin ATM in Atlanta in June. “She’s gambled away $700,000 in the past two years, in the past two and a half years alone.”

Biermann also became embroiled in legal proceedings this summer over alleged unpaid balances at a Caribbean casino, TMZ reported in late June. He was pictured at an event in Atlanta in 2021

He added, “The marriage total was about $1.5 million dollars — and she’s doing it online.”

In the incident, Zolciak told police that Biermann locked a stash of valuables she owned worth $175,000 in a safe, including designer purses and jewelry, and hid the key from her.

Biermann said he believed the lot fell under the community of property classification, adding: “The problem is that these are the assets, there are no (other) assets that we can go to.”

Biermann told police the Don’t Be Tardy alum “decimated everything” with her penchant for gambling; he added that some of her gaming activities were illegal.

Zolciak and Biermann’s four children — Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kane and Kaia, nine — were home at the time of the altercation. (Biermann had adopted Zolciak’s older children from previous relationships — Brielle, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21 — when they were minors in the couple’s earlier years.)

In their first two months after separating — during which both asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children — Zolciak and Biermann argued with each other in court documents.

Zolciak said that Biermann smokes marijuana, lending credence to his ability to raise their children; while Biermann claimed that Zolciak’s gambling habit has consumed her time and decimated the family’s finances.

Biermann told the officers that they had continued to sleep in the same bed, but had not had any contact with each other.

News broke last month that the reality TV couple had decided not to separate and had withdrawn their divorce papers in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court.
