Kim Zolciak’s husband Kroy Biermann may have his Rolls-Royce ‘repossessed’ after failing to make $5K-a-month payments for over a YEAR… amid ugly split

Kim Zolciak’s husband Kroy Biermann is about to lose his car.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta guest star hasn’t made payments on his white Rolls-Royce in more than a year, according to a Friday report from TMZ.

The site claims that BMW Financial Service, the company that owns the lease, has asked a judge if they can seize the vehicle as soon as possible.

The company claims the former football star has not responded to requests to make payments for the car, valued at $400,100, leaving them with little choice.

Kroy is very late with his payments. He reportedly hasn’t written a check for his car since September 2022, and that has certainly added up considering the payments are over $5,000 a month. That means he now owes more than $190,000.

This is more bad news for the financially strapped couple as they are forced to put their Georgia mansion on the market as it is on the brink of foreclosure. They’re asking a steep $6 million.

They also remain on and off with their very ugly divorce.

Now it’s up to a judge in Georgia to decide what should happen.

BMW sued Kroy in June for missing his lease payments.

Another provision stated that neither parent may listen in on the other parent’s time with the children, and the children may not be used as messengers between the parents.

Despite living together, the insider explained that the estranged couple is “not trying to get back together.”

In their first two months after their breakup β€” during which both asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children β€” Kim and Kroy sparred in court documents.

Kim said Kroy smokes marijuana, which lends credence to his ability to raise their children; while Kroy claimed Kim’s gambling habit has consumed her time and decimated the family finances.
