Kim Zolciak’s estranged husband Kroy Biermann BARRICADES himself in their bedroom during nasty fight forcing her to call the cops – as their divorce battle reaches boiling point

Kim Zolciak’s husband Kroy Biermann had barricaded himself in their bedroom during an ugly argument that led to her calling the police.

Newly released bodycam footage obtained by TMZ showed an incident between the 45-year-old reality star and the 38-year-old former NFL player from late August.

Kim had called 911 in Georgia claiming she was unable to enter her bedroom to retrieve her personal belongings, including medications.

In the video, an upset Kim is seen talking to law enforcement officers who ask her not to “aggravate the issue,” while an uncooperative Kroy continues to keep the bedroom door locked.

Later, we see the police officers having a very heated conversation through the door with Kroy having one of the law enforcement officers, claiming that the former professional athlete made him feel “very uncomfortable and unsafe.”

Kroy could be heard shouting continuously through the door as police asked him to calm down and tell him that Kim had agreed to go into the master bedroom to retrieve her belongings and come back out.

The man does not believe that his wife will actually do that and even accuses the police officers of ‘taking her side’.

Ultimately, Kroy leaves a comforter with Kim’s belongings at the door, which the law enforcement officers retrieve for her.

But as Kim goes through the items, she realizes that one item is missing: “a silver jar of cream” that the former couple argues back and forth about.

TMZ also reports that Kim made some bombshell accusations during the visit, as they said: “During the police visit, Kim bashes Kroy and tells officers that Kroy is unemployed, and that she is the reason they even still have the house.

“She also echoed some of the same sentiments during her 911 call…even saying that Kroy had threatened her and had gotten physical before.”

That’s because the same Georgia mansion that law enforcement visited was the subject of a fake real estate listing last week — amid the couple’s rollercoaster divorce battle.

A listing for the $3 million estate — which Biermann begged a judge to allow to be sold last month due to their dire financial situation — appeared Wednesday on sites like Zillow and Trulia Wednesday for $3.2 million, reports TMZ.

However, sources close to the estranged couple claim they never mentioned the mansion, meaning a fake post was created.

That post came after her former NFL player husband claimed in court that they were “financially destitute.”

Last month, Kroy asked a judge to allow the quick sale of the couple’s $3 million home in Georgia, according to documents obtained by Page Six.

In the filings, he claimed they are in dire straits due to their overwhelming debts, which he largely attributed to the Don’t Be Tardy star’s “reckless spending habits and love of online gambling.”

Kroy told the judge that he and Kim could sell their home because the IRS has placed a $1.1 million lien on it.

He said a quick sale would allow them to avoid the worst financial penalties as the couple still have “some equity” in the home.

However, time is of the essence as foreclosure looms on the horizon for a second time.

If the house is sold, Kim and Kroy will not receive any money from the equity they have in the house.

And despite Kim’s desire to repair the marriage, Kroy’s lawyers insist he has no intention of reconciling with her.

“I spoke with Kroy about the ‘reconciliation’ that Kim announced this weekend,” Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, said. We weekly.

That statement was released on September 11, five days after they reportedly last had sex.

“There is no reconciliation, he has not given up his determination to see this divorce through to the end.”

During their marriage, the couple welcomed four children; Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine – Kroy also adopted Kim’s daughters from her previous relationships, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.

Biermann first met Zolciak at a charity event in 2010, and they married in 2011 at the Roswell, Georgia home they shared for the duration of their marriage.

Kroy filed to adopt Brielle and Ariana in 2013, and they subsequently changed their last names due to the adoption.

Biermann filed for divorce in May 2023, with Biermann claiming that his estranged wife had wasted more than $1.5 million on gambling.

Biermann and Zolciak both filed for divorce in early May, after more than eleven years of marriage.

But since then they’ve been on and off so many times that it’s hard to keep track. Cynics have suggested that the highs and lows of the relationship were manufactured to serve as fodder for reality TV shows.

A few days ago, the mother of six shared a glamorous photo of herself on social media and said she was “feeling extremely grateful.”

However, just two months later in July 2023, they withdrew the application due to an alleged reconciliation.

Two weeks ago, Biermann filed for divorce again. However, Biermann claims that they are currently ‘working’ on their marriage.

This comes after Kim claimed that she and her estranged husband still live together and are intimate – and wants the divorce dismissed because, in her opinion, the relationship is not “irretrievably broken.”

In legal documents obtained by TMZthe reality TV personality claims her most recent intimate encounter with Kroy took place on September 7.

Now Kim is reportedly just ignoring the divorce filing, still wearing her wedding ring and insisting that she and Kroy will get back together.

But soon after, Kroy filed new legal documents, which were obtained by TMZin which he says he still doesn’t want to “reconcile” and that he remains “steadfast in his desire to divorce her,” even though they had sex earlier this month.
