Kim Zolciak SUED by Bank of America for $56K after not paying credit card
The bills continue to pile up for Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who has reportedly been sued by Bank of America for not paying off her credit card after going over the $50,000 limit.
The 45-year-old reality star now owes the North Carolina-based financial institution a total of $56,224.07 in interest and penalties, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Monday.
This after Kim (nÊe Kimberleigh) was sued by Saks/Capital One for her unpaid $156,080 credit card bill in August and Target for her $2,482 unpaid credit card bill in June.
Zolciak and her second husband Kroy Biermann â who owe the IRS $1.1 million â were ordered by a judge in October to pay Simmons Bank $231,031 after they defaulted on a line of credit for their home in Alpharetta, Georgia, with five bedrooms valued at $880,000.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta guest star recently sold designer handbags and heels to make more money.

âI have a lot of things that I’ve bought over the years, so I’m selling what I don’t want,â Kim â who has 6.4 million social media followers â explained last Friday.

And in September, Zolciak flew to Colombia to film the eighth season of MTV’s The Surreal Life, alongside Chet Hanks, Macy Gray, Ally Brooke, OT Genasis, Johnny Weir, Josie Conseco and Tyler Posey.

The Florida-born socialite previously accused Kroy of emotional abuse and smoking marijuana around their children, and he had accused her of calling him trash in front of their children and having an online gambling addiction.
Kim and the Montana-born athlete’s marital problems appeared to stem from the cancellation of their Bravo reality TV spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy, in 2020 after eight seasons.
Zolciak first met Biermann in 2010 at a Dancing Stars Of Atlanta event that raised money for Alzheimer’s disease.
In addition, the former nursing student still runs her companies Kashmere Kollections and KAB Cosmetics (together with her eldest daughters).
