Kim Zolciak showed off her fabulous figure in a new selfie shared to Instagram early Wednesday morning.

The blonde TV star wore a white crop top as she let her hair fall over her shoulders. She captioned the photo: “Beautiful start to a beautiful day.”

This comes the day after she and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann made headlines again for their short marriage.

On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Kroy filed new documents stating that their divorce is still ongoing, even though he had sex with his RHOA star ex at the Georgia mansion they share.

The day before, Kim stated that she wanted to call off the divorce because they were not intimate until September 7.

The drama has so many twists and turns that it is difficult to follow.

Kroy told the court that he did sleep with his ex, but that did not change their divorce status.

In other words, he wants the divorce to go through.

Kroy has filed new legal documents, which were obtained by TMZsaying he still doesn’t want to ‘reconcile’.

And he “remains steadfast in his desire to divorce her,” even though they have been intimate.

Biermann and Zolciak both filed for divorce in early May, after more than eleven years of marriage.

Earlier this week, Kim claimed the pair “had sex repeatedly” during their breakup.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 45, has claimed she and her estranged husband, 38, are still living together and are intimate – and wants the divorce dismissed.

According to her, the relationship is not ‘irretrievably broken’.

In legal documents obtained by TMZthe reality TV personality claimed that her most recent intimate encounter with Kroy took place on September 7.

Now Kim is reportedly just ignoring the divorce filing, still wearing her wedding ring and insisting that she and Kroy will get back together.

But since then they’ve been on and off so many times that it’s hard to keep track. Cynics have suggested that the highs and lows of the relationship were manufactured to serve as fodder for reality TV shows.

A few days ago, the mother of six shared a glamorous photo of herself on social media and said she was “feeling extremely grateful.”

That post came after her former NFL player husband claimed in court that they were “financially destitute.”

Last week, Kroy asked a judge to authorize the quick sale of the couple’s $3 million home in Georgia, according to documents obtained by Page six.

In the filings, he claimed they are in dire straits due to their overwhelming debts, which he largely attributed to the Don’t Be Tardy star’s “reckless spending habits and love of online gambling.”

Kroy told the judge that he and Kim could sell their home because the IRS has placed a $1.1 million lien on it.

He said a quick sale would allow them to avoid the worst financial penalties as the couple still have “some equity” in the home.

However, time is of the essence as foreclosure looms on the horizon for a second time.

If the house is sold, Kim and Kroy will not receive any money from the equity they have in the house.

And despite Kim’s desire to repair the marriage, Kroy’s lawyers insist he has no intention of reconciling with her.

“I spoke with Kroy about the ‘reconciliation’ that Kim announced this weekend,” Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, said. We weekly.
