Kim Zolciak says she is ‘extremely grateful’ following estranged husband Kroy Biermann’s claims that they are ‘destitute’

Kim Zolciak appeared on Instagram ahead of the weekend to share a new Stories post with her 3.4 million followers.

The 45-year-old Bravo TV personality — who just signed on to appear on a reboot of the reality show Surreal Life — shared a clip looking all dolled up and wrote, “I felt extremely grateful.”

The mother-of-six styled her icy blonde locks in a center parting with spirals running down her chest.

She used a filter over her face that exaggerated the size of her eyes and lips as she pouted into the camera.

Her Friday post came after her husband Kroy Biermann claimed in lawsuits that the two are “financially destitute.”

On Monday, the 38-year-old former NFL player again asked a judge to allow a quick sale of the couple’s $3 million home in Georgia, according to documents obtained by Page six.

In the documents, he claimed they are “financially destitute” due to their overwhelming debts, which he attributed largely to the Don’t Be Tardy star’s “reckless spending habits and love of online gambling.”

Kroy told the judge that he and Kim could sell their home because the IRS has placed a $1.1 million lien on it.

He expressed hope that the worst financial penalties and losses could be avoided through a quick sale, as the couple still has “some equity” in the home.

The retired athlete emphasized that haste is essential as foreclosure “looms on the horizon” for a second time.

Kroy wrote that he hopes the money left over from the sale of the house can be used to obtain separate housing for the estranged couple.

He reiterated his desire for a quick sale in the documents after Kim filed documents requesting a specific judge to oversee the proceedings.

He claimed Kim’s action was “a direct attempt to delay the sale of the house.”

Kroy’s lawyer Marlys A. Bergstrom said this earlier We weekly that she believes Kim’s goal is to delay long enough to file for bankruptcy. That would stop the foreclosure on the house, but it would also force the two to “live together, surrounded by all that toxicity, for God knows how long.”

She added that she feared it was a reckless strategy because “it is very likely that Kroy and Kim will come away with virtually nothing.”

In the new documents, Kroy’s legal team wrote, “Time and again, (Zolciak) has stated that she will not move and therefore will not cooperate in any attempt to sell the marital home.” The filing further alleged that Kim does not realize how the alleged delay strategy could harm her family.

“Unfortunately, (Zolciak) is too self-centered to realize the impact her actions will continue to have on the minor children,” the team wrote.
