Kim Zolciak only to appear in ‘ONE episode’ of Real Housewives Of Atlanta with ‘no plans to return’

Kim Zolciak will only appear in “one episode” of Real Housewives Of Atlanta, which airs later this week on Sunday, July 9 during the show’s 15th season.

The Don’t Be Tardy star, 45 – who shockingly called off her divorce from husband Kroy Biermann, 37, on Friday – notably appeared as a lead in the popular Bravo series from 2008 until her departure from the show in 2012.

A source inquired Us weekly that the TV personality does not intend to be a continuous part of the series. “She’s not going back to RHOA, she’s not planning to return full time.”

The insider further explained to the publication, “It’s one episode. They brought the OGs back for an episode.”

A short teaser of the expected episode was shared by Page six on Friday, Kim briefly reunited with other former castmates who also appeared in the first season with Zolciak, such as Lisa Wu, Sheree Whitfield, and DeShawn Snow.

Flashback Brief: Kim Zolciak, 45, will only appear in “one episode” of Real Housewives Of Atlanta, which airs later this week on Sunday, July 9 during the show’s 15th season; seen in 2019 in NYC

During the clip, the reality star shared a hug with Sheree after the two admitted they no longer “hated” each other. Zolciak also slammed frenemy Kenya Moore by calling her a “b***h” at a dinner with Sheree, Lisa, and DeShawn.

The ladies discussed an upcoming trip to Portugal, which Kim revealed she would not be going on. When she later learned that Kenya was going on vacation, she said, “Um, really? That b***h is still alive.’

In addition to appearing on the Real Housewives from 2008 to 2012, Zolciak also starred in her own spin-off series titled Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding, which provided a behind-the-scenes look at her marriage to the former NFL player, Kroy Bierman.

The show was renamed simply Don’t Be Tardy and ran for eight seasons until its cancellation in 2020. Notably, the reality series also starred her husband, Kroy, and their children.

Kim notably called off her divorce from the former sports star on Friday after the couple initially filed in May, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The feeling seems to be mutual as sources close to the couple also shared that Kroy plans to file his own paperwork to reject his divorce petition.

The resignation comes after the couple publicly reunited for the first time since filing for divorce on Sunday to bring their four youngest children to church in Atlanta.

The sources added that the animosity between the two has subsided and they are now getting along much better.

They added that their four youngest children — sons KJ, 12; Greenhouse, 10; and Kane, nine; along with his twin sister Kaia – are one of the biggest motivators for them to find a way to stay married. Kroy also adopted Kim’s daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, from a previous relationship.

The sources also claimed that there was never any doubt about Kim and Kroy’s love for each other, and they still have plenty for each other. That’s a shocking turnaround, though, after sources previously claimed TMZ in June that the couple “hate each other.”

In May, shortly after Kim first filed for divorce, they were said to be “avoiding each other” even though they continued to live together in their Atlanta mansion.

It’s unclear what exactly changed between the pair that helped them come off the brink. Their Sunday reunion with their youngest children now seems to be a signal that they were ready to get back together.

Despite the bickering between the two, who have argued over parenting and Kim’s alleged gambling issues, they were polite enough to take the kids out to dinner after the service.

The couple’s united front came as sources revealed that the duo prioritized their children despite their heated split.

“Despite everything Kim and Kroy are going through, they will always put their children’s needs above all else,” an insider told me. Us weekly. “That’s their #1 priority no matter what and what will help them move forward together.”

“Regardless of how they feel about each other, they are determined to remain kind when it comes to their children,” the source said.

The fact that the two now want to stay married is even more shocking considering they recently had to involve law enforcement in their bickering.

In June, Kim called 911 on Kroy claiming he framed her for kidnapping their oldest son KJ, TMZ reported. The couple has also been plagued by money problems in recent months.

They reportedly owe the IRS a total of $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The $1.1 million also includes unpaid interest and penalties from the years 2013, 2017 and 2018. The former couple also reportedly owe $15,000 to the state of Georgia due to unpaid taxes from 2018, according to the outlet.

Additionally, TMZ also reported that Kroy is being sued by BMW for missing payments on a $400,100 luxury 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

In late June, Kim was sued by Target National Bank, the organization that manages Target credit cards, for allegedly failing to pay a $2,482.24 balance on her card.

Money issues: Sources close to the couple have claimed that cheating wasn’t an issue, but their money issues were a long lying one

Past issues: In June, Kim called 911 on Kroy claiming he framed her for kidnapping their oldest son KJ, TMZ reported

Just days earlier, Kroy found himself in hot water when he was sued by a casino credit line in the Bahamas.

He reportedly took out a line of credit in excess of $100,000 for a gambling trip in the Bahamas, but then never paid back the money, according to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Gambling issues also seem to be at the center of the issues between Kim and Kroy.

In May, Kroy alleged in lawsuits that his estranged wife has a compulsive gambling habit and has spent large amounts of money on the habit in recent years.

Sources close to the couple claimed that cheating was not a big deal, but that their money problems were a long lying one.
