Kim Zolciak claims Kroy Biermann THREW her onto the ground in heated argument as their kids deny accusation

Kim Zolciak claimed her estranged husband Kroy Biermann threw her to the ground during an alleged argument shortly before Thanksgiving.

The 46-year-old TV personality – who is selling her fake Christmas trees on social media amid ongoing money problems – claimed the incident took place at their Georgia mansion, which will be auctioned on Tuesday.

Zolciak and Biermann have been embroiled in an ongoing and tumultuous divorce battle since they first announced their separation last May.

This is evident from a report obtained by TMZMilton Police responded to a domestic violence call last week, just one day before Thanksgiving on Nov. 27.

When authorities arrived at the home, Zolciak claimed that while standing on a ladder to pull down curtains, the former NFL player had become confrontational.

She then accused Biermann, 39, of taking her off the ladder and throwing her to the ground.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star then claimed she was injured during the argument, but refused to show any injuries to police.

Two of their children — who are not named in the report — had witnessed the alleged altercation at the home and later spoke to authorities after arriving on the scene.

Kim and Kroy share KJ, 13, Kash, 12, as well as twins Kaia and Kane, 11. When Biermann got married in 2011, Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.

However, one of their youngest daughters told police that the reality star had fallen from the ladder, contradicting her claims that Kroy had thrown her to the ground.

She also told authorities that Biermann had been the one to pull down the curtains, which upset Zolciak.

The media personality then climbed a ladder to remove the curtains herself, only to fall on top of her estranged husband.

The daughter told officers that Kroy had spoken to her before and was honest when police asked her questions. But she said Biermann never told her what to say.

One of their sons had also been in the mansion at the time and came out of the basement when he heard the argument, but also did not see Kroy pull Kim off the ladder.

In his own version of the alleged incident, Biermann claimed Zolciak both attacked him from behind and punched him in the face.

However, after taking both sides of the estranged couple’s story, police were unable to decide who the “main aggressor” was.

It comes just days after the estranged couple were warned by police to stay away from each other.

On November 18, Kim and Kroy had the police called to their Georgia mansion following a domestic dispute, as their increasingly contentious divorce took another dramatic turn.

At the time, officers responded to the pair’s home after a 911 call reported a “heated argument,” police said. TMZ.

Sources say responding officers concluded it was a verbal exchange without a physical altercation.

Police “calmed down” Kim and Kroy, filed an incident report and made no arrests, as no crime had been committed, according to the insider.

This incident came shortly after the former couple slashed another $300,000 from their asking price for the mansion in a desperate bid to sell it before Tuesday’s auction.

Originally listed for $6 million in October 2023, the price was reduced to $4.5 million in January and further reduced to $3.95 million in August.

But earlier this month, Kim and Kroy — who got a new job during their divorce — lowered the price again to $3.65 million, according to real estate records obtained by TMZ.

Lowering the price by $300,000 came not long after Zolciak accused Kroy of spying on her in their home.

The star filed a motion nearly two months earlier, on October 9, claiming Biermann had violated her privacy.

This drama is not new either. Zolciak has previously made similar accusations against her estranged husband, claiming in January and May that he took her phone and other personal items.

Tension between these two has been simmering for months, with Zolciak even calling the police in May after claiming Kroy took her phone and locked herself in the bedroom.

At the July premiere of Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets, Kim broke down in tears while discussing the divorce. She burst into tears during a ‘scream therapy’ session on the MTV reality show.

Just over a year earlier, in May 2023, The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum officially filed for divorce from Kroy after the two tied the knot in 2011.

The news of Kim and Kroy’s divorce came as a shock, made worse by their financial troubles, including a reported $1.1 million in unpaid taxes to the IRS.

In July 2023, Kim briefly ended the divorce as they tried to repair their relationship. However, Kroy filed for divorce again in August, claiming the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

Amid the ongoing divorce, the couple’s Georgia mansion will be auctioned by Truist Bank on Tuesday, December 3.

Last week, Zolciak was seen officially leaving the house after the former couple failed to sell the seven-bedroom property ahead of the auction.

Amid Kim’s financial troubles, she has been dabbling in selling fake Christmas trees on her Instagram stories.

In a recent image, the TV personality uploaded a photo of a decorated tree in a living room and wrote: ‘This tree is for sale: pick up only 14 by 2 meters. DM me $2,500.”

She also listed a beach-themed tree costing $1,750, while a candy cane-decorated tree cost $4,500.

Her estranged husband, Kroy, also recently took a job at Superior Rigging & Erecting Co.

Known for building stadiums, the company also renovated both State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
