Kim Zolciak CALLS OFF her divorce from husband Kroy Biermann… as the couple try to work things out
Kim Zolciak and her formerly estranged husband Kroy Biermann make a second attempt at marriage.
According to documents obtained by TMZ.
The feeling seems to be mutual as sources close to the couple also shared that Kroy plans to file his own paperwork to reject his divorce petition.
The reunion comes after the couple publicly reunited for the first time since filing for divorce on Sunday to take their four youngest children to church in Atlanta.
The sources added that the animosity between the two has subsided and they are now getting along much better.
Let’s call the whole thing off! Kim Zolciak, 45, filed Friday to have her divorce petition rejected, according to documents obtained by TMZ

They added that their four youngest children — sons KJ, 12; Greenhouse, 10; and Kane, nine; along with his twin sister Kaia – are one of the biggest motivators for them to find a way to stay married.
The sources also claimed that there was never any doubt about Kim and Kroy’s love for each other, and they still have plenty for each other.
That’s a shocking turnaround, though, after sources previously claimed TMZ in June that the couple “hate each other.”
In May, shortly after Kim first filed for divorce, they were said to be “avoiding each other” even though they continued to live together in their Atlanta mansion.
It’s unclear what exactly changed between the pair that helped them come off the brink.
Their Sunday reunion with their youngest children now seems to be a signal that they were ready to get back together.
Despite the bickering between the two, who clashed over parenting and Kim’s alleged gambling problems, they were polite enough to take the kids out to dinner after the service.
The couple’s united front came as sources revealed that the duo prioritized their children despite their heated split.

“Despite everything Kim and Kroy are going through, they will always put their children’s needs above all else,” an insider told me. Us weekly. “That’s their #1 priority no matter what and what will help them move forward together.”
“Regardless of how they feel about each other, they are determined to remain kind when it comes to their children,” the source said.
The fact that the two now want to stay married is even more shocking considering they recently had to involve law enforcement in their bickering.
In June, Kim called 911 on Kroy claiming he framed her for kidnapping their oldest son KJ, TMZ reported.
She told the operator that she had allowed a friend to take their son to a playdate at a rodeo, but after Kroy learned of the trip, he allegedly threatened to press kidnapping charges against the woman who took KJ to the rodeo.
“Not only has he been harassing the mother, but my son is shaking and crying hysterically and I’m just going to pick him up, but I don’t know what else to do at this point,” Kim claimed on the phone call.
“It’s petty and I hate calling the police on it… I don’t think it will be the end to be honest,” she added.
Kim also accused her soon-to-be ex-husband of stealing one of her handbags with divorce papers in it during the conversation.
The couple has also been plagued by money problems in recent months.
In late June, Kim was sued by Target National Bank, the organization that manages Target credit cards, for allegedly failing to pay a $2,482.24 balance on her card.
Just days earlier, Kroy found himself in hot water when he was sued by a casino credit line in the Bahamas.
He had taken out a line of credit in excess of $100,000 for a gambling trip in the Bahamas, but then never paid back the money, according to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
Gambling issues seem to be at the center of the issues between Kim and Kroy. Amid their ugly divorce, a year-old tweet from her eldest daughter Brielle has surfaced claiming that her mother had her waiting in their car for hours while she gamble until 3 a.m. after driving to a North Carolina casino .
In May, Kroy alleged in lawsuits that his estranged wife has a compulsive gambling habit and has spent large amounts of money on the habit in recent years.

He also claimed that the time she spends gambling makes it impossible for her to properly care for their children, and requested a psychiatric evaluation from the judge overseeing their divorce.
In June, DailyMail.com obtained photos of Kim withdrawing wads of cash from a Bitcoin ATM twice a week.
She first took a hefty stack of what appeared to be $50 bills before returning just two days later to get some more cash.
The day between her takes, Kroy was seen leaving marriage counseling on his own, as Kim didn’t appear to have been there.
In late May, Kroy claimed Kim was in the grip of a gambling addiction that had “financially destroyed their family,” according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
He claimed that his estranged wife had engaged in “deeply disturbing behavior,” and claimed that the significant amount of time and money she wasted on online gambling had turned into a “compulsion.”
The former NFL star also claimed that the gambling problem is affecting her ability to effectively care for their minor children.
But Kim has also suggested that her once-estranged husband compromised their children’s safety by using marijuana, which is illegal in their home state of Georgia, except for a cumbersome process to obtain legal medical marijuana.
She said she witnessed them smoking the drug and was concerned for the safety of their children as a result, according to Radar.
In a lawsuit, Kim asked a judge to force her husband to submit to a five-panel hair follicle. The test shows that marijuana use goes back about 90 days, while a urine test only shows that marijuana use goes back a few days.
Money troubles: The couple also allegedly owe more than $1.1 million in unpaid taxes amid reports they failed to pay in 2013, 2017 and 2018
Despite her alleged concerns, the drug is legal in 23 states, as well as Washington, DC and Guam. In 2019, 48.2 million people, or 18 percent of Americans, used marijuana at least once, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
Kim filed for divorce on May 8, 2023, but close listeners of the family have sensed trouble for some time as they resisted reports that their Atlanta mansion was being foreclosed on.

Sources close to the couple claimed that cheating was not a big deal, but that their money problems were a long lying one.
