In legal documents obtained by TMZ It was announced Thursday that their divorce proceedings will take place on November 5 and 6 in Atlanta’s Fulton County Superior County.
In the meantime, however, Zolciak and Biermann have the opportunity to resolve their issues through mediation.

Just over a year earlier, in May 2023, the former The Real Housewives Of Atlanta cast member officially filed for divorce from Kroy, after the two tied the knot in 2011.
The couple are also parents to Kroy “KJ,” 13, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10. After saying “I do,” Biermann also legally adopted Kim’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 22, from her previous relationships.
The shocking news of the divorce came amid financial troubles for Kim and Kroy, who reportedly owe the IRS $1.1 million in unpaid taxes.
When she filed her petition, Zolciak indicated that their marriage was “irretrievably broken, with no hope of reconciliation,” according to TMZ. That same month, Kroy also filed for divorce.
However, in July 2023, Kim called off her divorce from Kroy as the two attempted to repair their relationship.
The two stars were soon spotted together again at a church service, for the first time since they filed for divorce from their four youngest children.
Their brief reconciliation did not last long, however, as Kroy filed for divorce for a second time in August last year, stating that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
His attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, informed TMZ “No, at this time he is still in the process of divorce proceedings.”

In addition to their divorce battle, Zolciak and Biermann are also embroiled in increasing financial problems, including unpaid credit cards.

Also at the end of last year, images from police bodycams were obtained by TMZ In December, the estranged couple showed their differences during an explosive argument that took place at their Atlanta mansion in November.
Police arrived at the home after one of their youngest children called 911, where Biermann was seen calling Kim a “narcissist” and claiming she “fucked other men.”
In May of this year, Zolciak called 911 about Kroy, accusing him of taking her phone and “yelling all day long.”

“It’s completely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense,” she told police who arrived at their Georgia home.
“I deal with it every day. Screaming all day. Screaming all day. Going crazy all day. Taking my stuff. It’s just, enough is enough.”
But because the judge ordered the pair to stay in separate parts of the house, she was unable to contact Biermann to retrieve her phone.
In May, a judge issued a new court order granting the estranged couple separate schedules for use of their shared bedroom closet.
She has access Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Although Kroy does not have a set time, he does not have access to the closet during Kim’s scheduled times, TMZ reported.
During the recent incident, he denied having her cell phone and also claimed that he knew where the object was.
“I feel so violated. I have divorce stuff, I have so much stuff,” Kim had said during the 911 call. “Going through my phone is insane. I have nothing to hide, but it’s just … there’s no privacy.”
However, she told police that there had been no physical altercation during the argument.
