Kim Woodburn slams Holly Willoughby and says it’s time for both her and Phillip Schofield to leave

Holly Willoughby has been called a “two-faced b*tch” for “helping and aiding” her This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield.

Kim Woodburn, who has previously appeared on Holly and Phil’s ITV show, insisted that both Holly and Phil leave the show amid a sharp drop in viewership.

Appearing on Dan Wooton’s GB News show on Wednesday night, Kim was asked for her thoughts on the Deputy Prime Minister using reports of the off-screen feud as fuel for an attack on Labor in the Commons.

Kim jumped in and said of Holly, “Well, she’s two-faced, isn’t she?” I’ll say it again, Holly Willoughby isn’t all sweet and light.’

She continued, “For years she said, ‘I’m staying with Phil, I love Phil, we love each other.’ As soon as she knows that bullets are being fired at Phil, she now says I’ll work without him, I’ll run the show without him.’

“What a two-faced b**ch. I will say what I said last night, she helped and supported Phillip for many years. She sat there and watched Phillip insult people. He was very unkind to me, I’m a tough nut, but it hurt.’

“She gets paid to have an opinion, but she got paid a lot for it [giggles] go “Oh Phil.” They have to go.’

Last week, Kim described Phil as an “unpleasant, horrible man,” as she recalled appearing on his show.

Speaking to Dan Wooton, Kim said, “I’ve had so many fights, he’s an obnoxious, horrible man and I don’t know why he’s still on television.

“I went on his show and he insulted me, he was rude, he was horrible. He laughed at me, he actually laughed at me.

“He shouldn’t be on television. He’s a cruel, brutal little man and he’s full of himself.”

On Wednesday, Oliver Dowden, who replaces Rishi Sunak at the Prime Minister’s questions, described Opposition Leader Sir Keir Starmer and his deputy Angela Rayner as ‘the Phil and Holly of British politics’.

Explaining his statement, Dowden said, “All dear dovey on the surface, they turn it on for the cameras, but once they’re off it’s a different story.” They’re flying at each other’s throats.’

An ITV insider described the MP’s comments as a ‘cheap opportunity’. The embarrassing episode sparked yet another crisis meeting at the broadcaster, with a source saying, “Enough is enough.”

They added: ‘You know things get really serious when they’re mentioned in the House of Commons. This is no longer just a bit of beef on Twitter.

“Those upstairs know to act—they just don’t know what to do.”

Another ITV insider described the situation between the two presenters as a ‘runaway train that can’t be stopped’.

Schofield, 61, is standing his ground amid calls for his resignation as his appeal to viewers is dwindling.

Sources say it is giving ITV bosses a headache as they are desperate to keep Willoughby when they would be tempted to leave with Schofield.

One told the Mail: ‘Phil doesn’t see why he should go. It’s his job, he’s been running the show for over 20 years.’

On Tuesday, ITV bosses were ‘bewildered’ when they learned that viewership had fallen by an almost unprecedented 20 per cent from 894,000 last week to 724,000 for Monday’s episode.

The fallout began in September when the couple faced criticism for avoiding the queue for the Queen in state.
