Kim Kardashian’s former starter home in Beverly Hills, California, has sold for $5.12 million, sources told Ny Breaking.com.
The Tuscan-style residence in the luxury Southern California community, which was sold by Watson Salari Group’s Marco Salari was the location where the 43-year-old reality star lived during her short-lived marriage in 2011 to NBA alumnus Kris Humphries.
Kardashian, who would marry and then split with rapper Kanye West in the years that followed, filed for divorce from Humphries after 72 days.
Kardashian initially bought the mansion in 2010 for an asking price of $3.4 million and sold it in 2012 for $3.6 million, according to property records obtained by the New York Post indicated.
The home was recently put back on the market for $5.09 million, the outlet reported. It had previously been listed for $5.5 million seven years ago.
