The reality star, 42, returned to the French capital for nearly seven years after being robbed of millions at gunpoint during Paris Fashion Week in 2016.
Kim sat next to Leto in the front row for the Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer 2024 show and made her entrance in her figure-hugging outfit.
The television personality flashed her toned abs and cleavage in a green square print crop top that she paired with matching leggings.

Supportive: A slew of stars including Beyonce, Lewis Hamilton and Zendaya showed up to see Pharrell Williams make his debut as creative director
Kim added a boost to her petite body with perspex heels.
The TV star appeared in her element as she pouted for the camera before sitting down to watch the show unfold.
A slew of stars, including Beyonce, Lewis Hamilton and Zendaya, showed up to watch Pharrell Williams make his debut as creative director.
An audience gathered along the River Seine to catch a glimpse of the show that continued LV’s approach of mixing street style with luxury.
“I’m the second black man to ever experience this on the planet, the biggest fashion house in the world,” Pharrell said in an interview for the show, referring to his job since February.
The singer and producer, 50, ended months of speculation by filling the shoes of his friend Virgil Abloh, who held the job from March 2018 until his death in November 2021.
Abloh had been the industry’s most prominent black designer, credited with forging a niche for street style and casual skateboarding looks in high-end fashion.
“My brother Virgil was the first. He made so many steps in front of the house and did so many things. He brought skate culture into this world – while being an American black man. It’s surreal that I get to do this too,” Pharrell said.

LVMH Chairman and Chief Executive Bernard Arnault and his family, who have known the star for many years, have been “extremely supportive” of him in his new role, he said.
Pharrell was first introduced to the Arnault clan in a sunglasses design collaboration with Louis Vuitton designer Marc Jacobs in 2004.
The appointment raised eyebrows despite his extensive fashion experience, including founding streetwear brands with Japanese designer Nigo and designing capsule collections at Chanel.
But Pharrell brushed off skeptics who questioned his lack of formal fashion training. “I also didn’t go to Juilliard for music and I’m fine,” he said.
