Kim Kardashian shares happy birthday message to Vanessa Bryant as she celebrates turning 42… four years after tragic accident that claimed lives of Kobe Bryant, daughter Gianna and seven others

Vanessa bryant is enjoying the birthday love from some of her famous friends like Kim Kardashian.

The businesswoman, philanthropist and widow of Los Angeles Lakers great Kobe Bryant celebrated her 42nd birthday on Sunday, May 5.

Paying tribute to her friend and fellow Los Angelenos, Kardashian took to her Instagram page and shared a few photos of herself hanging out with Bryant.

‘Congratulations V! ! ! ! i love you @vanessabryant,” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum, 43, captioned a photo of the two friends cuddling together at a Baby 2 Baby event.

In the photo, Bryant is the one puckering up for the camera in a bright pink ensemble with her long dark locks flowing down her chest, while the reality star leans towards her friend with her mouth open in excitement, wearing a light pink dress with a train.

The Skims founder would also share a full-length photo of the pair posing together at the same Baby 2 Baby event.

In the images, from the November 2022 nonprofit event in West Hollywood, Kim K is seen dressed from head to toe in Balenciaga.

The reality TV star paired an asymmetrical baby pink dress with a dramatic train and multiple bow tie details with a matching Balenciaga small bag and a pair of bright pink boots, according to Glamour.

This was one of the times Ms. Kardashian had more fun phases in her blondes, as she rocked a part-platinum look while her long locks were pulled away from her face.

Bryant was pretty in pink in a Gucci dress and hidden matching heels next to her friend as she clutched a matching clutch bag, and her raven locks flowed with an extra dose of volume and a center parting.

Some of the other people who took to Bryant’s Instagram page to wish her a special birthday tribute include Ria Washington, Sydney Washington, Nikki Brown, Kid Jay, Ciara and husband Russell Wilson, Daniela Dee, Brian Peterson, Jordan Cohen, Khloe Kardashian, Monica Denise and Lala Anthony, among others.

Even Bryant’s daughters sent their mother a birthday message with white roses attributed to Natalia, Gianna, Bianka and Capri.

Kim K and her mother Kris Jenner also sent a joint birthday message to Bryant, along with an image of a bouquet of red roses

The entrepreneur and reality star also shared a second photo of herself with her girlfriend at the Baby2Baby event almost two years ago

All the birthday love and wishes for Vanessa Bryant come on the heels of the four-year anniversary of the tragic helicopter crash that killed her husband Kobe Bryant, 41, their daughter Gianna, who was 13, and seven others.

The Kardashian family, who are friends with the Bryants, were among the many people who mourned the lives lost on social media shortly after the horrific accident in the Calabasas Mountains on January 26, 2020.

Kim Kardashian posted a black and white photo of the late father with his daughter Gigi on Instagram, writing, “My heart is so heavy.”

Vanessa and Kobe Bryant met when she was a background dancer in a music video, and they started dating in 1999.

They married in April 2001, when she was 18, and the already global basketball superstar was 22.

The couple had four daughters: Natalia, Gianna, Bianka and Capri.
