Kim Kardashian reveals that failing baby bar test strengthened bond with daughter North
Kim Kardashian revisited a pivotal moment in her life while talking to Fashion Italy for his July cover story.
The 42-year-old multihyphenate recalled passing the “baby bar,” formally known as the freshman law school exam β which was documented on Hulu’s The Kardashians.
That’s also one of my favorite episodes. My daughter was with me,” the SKIMS founder told the publication, explaining how it helped her seem recognizable in the eyes of her 10-year-old daughter North West.
βFor a long time it was difficult for her to understand why I was studying all the time. She saw me fail and cry. She saw how I was no different from her when she was worried about a test,” the superstar said.
She added, “But when she saw me cry with joy, I knew she understood how important that achievement was to me personally.”

In addition to North, Kim shares Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4, with ex-husband Kanye West, 46.
“You’re only allowed to take the baby bar a certain number of times β this was the last time I could ever take it β so if I don’t [pass]then this law school is over for me,” said the influencer before passing the exam.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum revealed in late 2021 that she accomplished the feat in a social media post.
“OMFGGGG I PASSED THE BABY BAR EXAM!!!!” she wrote to her hundreds of millions of fans.
“When I look in the mirror, I’m really proud of the woman who looks back in the reflection today,” she added.
Kardashian admitted that she “failed this exam three times in two years” during a rough patch on her “journey to law school.”
“I got up every time and studied harder and tried again until I did!!!” said Kardashian, who registered with the California State Bar in 2018.
Kardashian commented, “Top lawyers have told me this was an almost impossible journey and more difficult than traditional law school, but it was my only option, and it feels so so sooooo good to be here and on my way to accomplishing my goals.” .’

It featured a mashup of Kim and her daughter singing along to a trending sound called “they trunna be subway surf.”
The mother of four was dressed in a white tank top with oversized dark sweatpants.
She was bareheaded except for a coat of glossy lip gloss on her chubby little pout.
Kim’s long, dark locks were wavy and looked a little damp as she spent some one-on-one time with her mini-me.
For her part, North showed off a new, long, freshly braided hairstyle as she joined her mother in the silly clip.

Along with younger sister Khloe Kardashian, 39, the law student took the little girls and her daughter Chicago on a fun Barbie-themed outing.
She wrote in the caption, “Barbie girls in a Barbie world,” and the post quickly gained over a million likes.
For the occasion, Kim wore a form-fitting black catsuit with an oversized black trench coat.
She added a pop of color by wearing bright pink, pointed-toe, over-the-knee boots with white stripes down the sides.
Khloe sported a similar look when she opted for a form-fitting long-sleeved turtleneck catsuit in hot pink.
Like her older sister, the blonde beauty completed the look with thigh-high hot pink boots.
