During a moment of downtime, Kim – who showed off her muscle stimulator workout mats this week – told her mother Kris Jenner on set: ‘I got a salmon sperm facial, where they injected salmon sperm into my face.’
Kris couldn’t help but laugh, though it seems Kim isn’t the only celebrity to have tried this strange technique
Kim didn’t show off the facial on camera, but she did try to cheer up Kris Jenner after her hysterectomy with her sister Khloe.
“My mom is very sad about losing her ovaries. I think we just have to make it a positive moment and give her something to cheer her up. And just celebrate the amazing job those ovaries have done,” Kim says during her confession.
Kim walks into Kris’s house and says, “I brought us a cake,” as she runs into Kris and her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
Kris reads the cake out loud – “It’s not an ovary yet” – as she bursts out laughing when Khloe enters with flowers and balloons.
“Cake and balloons and flowers?” Kris exclaims as Khloe confesses, “We know my mom is feeling a little anxious about her upcoming surgery. What we do best is support each other in times of need, in times of happiness, in times of fear.”
Holding her enormous bouquet of flowers, Kris exclaims, “I feel like I gave birth again,” Khloe adds, “to six fucking phenomenal people.”
Kim adds, “Your ovaries have been working overtime,” while Khloe adds, “Leave them alone.”
Kris adds in a confession, “I loved being pregnant, I loved being pregnant,” as we see old photos of her sporting various baby bumps.
“My mom is really sad about losing her ovaries and I think we just have to make it a positive moment and give her something to cheer her up and just celebrate the amazing job those ovaries have done,” Kim says in her confession.

“Cake and balloons and flowers?” Kris exclaims as Khloe confesses, “We know my mom is feeling a little anxious about her surgery coming up. What we do best is support each other in times of need, in times of happiness, when we’re scared.”
Holding her huge bouquet of flowers, Kris exclaims, “I feel like I just gave birth again,” as Khloe adds, “to six fucking phenomenal people.”

“I’m mourning the fact that I’ll never be able to get pregnant again. It was just a wonderful time in my life where I felt like everything was at a standstill. Life was beautiful. It was the best time of my life, the best years,” Kris says in his confession.
Back at Kris’s house, Kris cuts the cake and says, “Here’s to new beginnings, knowing I’ll never get pregnant again.”
“Where are the rest of your kids?” Khloe asks, while Corey says, “Kourtney should have been here first.”
Kim adds with a wink before taking a bite of the cake: ‘I would just say: pay attention to those who show up, be the first to get there.’
Kim adds with a laugh, “I would put that in my will. Who showed up to my ovary party?”
