Kim Kardashian was booed by the crowd at the Kia Forum in her hometown of Los Angeles on Sunday night as she took the stage at Tom Brady’s Roast.
The reality star, 43, appeared taken aback by the chilly reception at the event, which aired on Netflix as part of the streaming service’s Netflix Is a Joke Fest.
The Los Angeles native was immediately jeered as she walked onto the stage and paused after thanking host Kevin Hart, 44.
She appeared to joke, telling Hart, “I know a lot of people make fun of your height,” before appearing to double down on the outburst from her less-than-admiring audience.
Kardashian, who sported blonde locks as she held a champagne flute at the Southern California event, tried to get the show back on track by saying, “Okay, okay, okay, Kevin.”

Hart appeared to step in to limit the damage as he said, “Whoa, whoa.”
It’s not the first time Kardashian has received a cool reception from the crowd in her own backyard at a professional football-related event.
She was booed by the crowd during a Los Angeles Rams home game against the Dallas Cowboys in October 2022 at SoFi Stadium.
The crowd at the game erupted into loud cheers when singer John Legend’s Jumbotron camera panned to the reality star, who smiled and waved before giving him a kiss.
