Khloe and Tristan conceived their newest addition through a surrogate, but they split before he was born after it was revealed that Tristan fathered a baby boy named Theo with another woman, Maralee Nichols, 31.
Unbeknownst to Khloe, Tristan impregnated Maralee in March 2021 and he was notified of her pregnancy as early as July 2021.
Despite knowing he had a baby on the way with another woman, Tristan kept the news from Khloe and encouraged her to continue with their surrogacy.
