The 42-year-old star posed without make-up with two employees of the 7QSpa medical spa, shouting at them.

Kim has not disclosed what services she receives at the spa.
According to the spa’s Instagram, they perform a number of procedures for clients: Sculptra butt lift, injectables, laser hair removal, Morheous8, PDO thread lift, body contour, PRP, and facials.
