Kim Kardashian is served with a restraining order against a man she says showed up at her house and sent her a diamond ring.
Kim Kardashian was granted a temporary restraining order on Tuesday and, according to her, showed up at her house on more than one occasion, called her his wife and sent her a diamond ring, among other unwanted gestures.
The 42-year-old reality star, who has had to deal with numerous harassers through the legal system over the years, said in court documents reviewed by TMZ that the man, whose name is Jomonie Victor Zigler, initially began contacting her last month.
Kardashian told the court, through her lawyer Shawn Holley, that security stopped Zigler, 28, when she went to her house numerous times, posting profane messages about her online while his wife called her.

The mother-of-four told the court she has suffered emotional distress amid Zigler’s accumulation of unwanted advances. A hearing is scheduled for next month on the matter.
Last month, Kardashian was granted a five-year restraining order against a man named Andre Persaud, who said he could connect “telepathically” with the reality star. TMZ informed.
Kardashian told the court that Persaud, whom she had never met, had shown up at her home three times in August 2022 and that she feared the situation could escalate into violence.
The reality star was photographed at a November 2022 gala in West Hollywood, California.
The mother of four was photographed in November 2022 at a Los Angeles area shopping mall.
A Los Angeles judge ordered Persaud not to contact Kardashian, to come within 100 yards of her, to possess or possess firearms, and to turn over any he had to authorities.
Kardashian isn’t the only member of her family dealing with the downside of fame, as several of her relatives have also sought help through the legal system dealing with people who they said intruded on their private lives.
They include her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, as well as her mother Kris Jenner. Khloe Kardashian also opened up about the unwanted attention on a 2017 episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, when she and Kendall visited a shooting range to practice shooting but ultimately didn’t buy firearms.
“This is something that we feel we need to do in order to sleep better at night,” he said.
