Kim Kardashian flirts with gentleman stranger under the pseudonym ‘Samantha’ on ‘live chat’ call while reminiscing about how she used to stand up men from hotline at mall when she was 15
Kim Kardashian reminiscing about her past as a naughty teen led to her flirting with a man during a live chat conversation on Hulu’s The Kardashians.
About halfway through this week’s episode — titled When is Being Me Gonna Be Okay — Khloe Kardashian was at a Century City mall, preparing to open the very first store for her Good American brand.
While the store was “a nightmare” – with everything way behind schedule – 39-year-old Khloe – who made headlines for defending her fanny pack – reminisced about her past at that same mall, revealing to Good American CEO Emma Grede that she had her ears pierced there.
She also told how the sisters used a live chat hotline 1-900 to try to meet men at that mall when they were just 15.
Instead of meeting the men, they stood them up and secretly took Polaroid photos of the men who came to meet them… with Kim even getting Kourtney’s number and fake flirting with a stranger while using the pseudonym Samantha.

Live chat: She also talked about how the sisters used a live chat hotline 1-900 to try to meet men at that mall when they were just 15.
Khloe puts on a pair of sunglasses, looks into the camera and says, “This mall has been around for years. You’ll have to ask Kourtney and Kim. They used to call 1-900 numbers and ask gentlemen to meet them here.”
Kim reveals in a confessional, “So we would talk to these guys. We’d be fifteen, and they’d be like, ‘Okay, meet me at Blockbuster in the mall.’ And we would see the poor guy and we would leave him standing and we would take a Polaroid and we had a book of Polaroids of these guys that we would leave at the mall.”
Back at the mall, Khloe reveals that “Kourtney still remembers the phone number,” as it returns in confession to Kim, who calls Kourtney asking if she remembers the 1-900 number.
‘Yes, I know it by heart. She says the number but it is censored from the broadcast, but Kim calls it and it is still a ‘live chat’ number.
“This is (censored) where naughty is fun. Your live chat is starting now,” the voice says, but Kim says, “Kourtney, you talk, you talk,” but Kourtney says, “I’m hanging up.”
A man’s voice comes on the line as Kim says, “Hey, this is Samantha,” trying to hide her voice a bit, saying his name is Chris and he’s from Ventura, California.
Kim/Samantha says, “I’m staying in Ventura County,” trying not to laugh as he says, “Oh, that’s great.” I love Ventura, that’s so good,” but Kim says, “Guys,” and hangs up, laughing.
“I need to save that number in my phone,” Kim confesses, before returning to the Good American store.

Khloe revealed in a confessional, “We’re in the Century City mall and we’re in the very first Good American store, where you can come in, and it doesn’t look like we’re even close to opening are… and I mean We’re supposed to be open in a few weeks, so that’s not going to happen,” Khloe confesses.
She tells Emma Grede, CEO of Good American, “I got my ears pierced in this mall. One of them, and then I ran out of the store and my mom dragged me back, put me back down, did the other ear, and I never had another piercing, just this one on each side.”
Showing her blueprints of the store, Emma candidly says, “The whole thing is a nightmare at the moment because we’re over budget, we’re late, we’re trying to open four different stores at once and we’re still two weeks in progress. delayed.’
Khloe asks if there will still be a soft opening in April, but Emma says the soft opening will be in May.
Khloe confessionally adds, “I feel like no matter where I go, there’s just stress after stress and problem after problem. That’s clearly growing up, no one warned you about that when you were young.’
Khloe asks if Vegas is on schedule, and Emma says, “Nothing is on schedule because there’s like the whole supply chain crisis and I can’t get anything done on time.” It’s a nightmare.’
Khloe says in a confession that ‘the goal is to open maybe fifty stores. I think we have to look at how we’re going to open the first three this year.”
Emma reiterates that it’s a “nightmare, but it’s more on track and we want to do it right,” adding that as long as they can get all the stores open by the end of the year, she’ll be happy.
